Now that Fall is in full swing, that means a few exciting things are happening. The leaves are changing, the kids are back in school and Monopoly "Coast to Coast" is coming back to McDonald’s Canada!

Beginning on October 11, 2017 you’ll receive a pair of Monopoly game stamps with select menu items. For those of you living under a rock, this is a yearly contest from McDonald’s where you have a chance of winning prizes by collecting sets of properties on the McDonald’s Coast to Coast Monopoly game board. There are also lots of instant win prizes available as well.

While you stand a better chance getting stuck by lightning than winning a Volkswagen Atlas or $150,000 cash, with over 18 million prizes to be won there’s a good chance you’ll come out winning something. The odds on favourite items to win are cheeseburgers, muffins, coffees, or fries as there are over 3 million of each to be won. A full list of prizes can be found in the official contest rules.

The Collect To Win portion of the game consists of collecting game stamps for sets of properties on the McDonald’s Monopoly Coast to Coast game board. As with previous years each set has easy to obtain pieces along with the coveted rare piece which very few people will come across to complete the property set and win the prize. Earn Rewards in the Property Tracker

Property Tracker is a way for you to digitally track your game stamps (although for prize redemption you’ll need the physical pieces so don’t throw them out). In addition to tracking what you’ve collected online, you can also earn reward codes good for a discount at various retailers.

Each game stamp has a code on it which you can enter online at mcdpromotion.ca. There are four different levels to reach and each level will provide you with a reward code at a different retailer. Here’s a list of the levels and the retailers:

• Level I (10 codes): 50% off at canvaspop.ca
• Level II (20 codes): 40% off at bloomex.ca
• Level III (30 codes): 40% off at skullcandy.ca
• Level IV (40 codes): 40% off at Call It Spring (in-store and online)

The My McD’s App Sweepstakes

This is a another contest with a separate set of prizes to be won. To enter to win the App Sweepstakes you’ll need to download the My McD’s app which is available for iOS and Android devices. You gain entries by visiting a McDonald’s restaurant location and scanning offers (coupons) within the app. There are five 1-week entry periods in which you could win a prize of $5,000 cash. Not bad for just using a coupon in the app!
