Originally released in November 2019, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order features a canon single-player story set five years after the events of Revenge of the Sith and chronicles the journey of Cal Kestis, a Jedi Padawan and survivor of Order 66 looking to restore the Jedi Order while eluding the Second Sister, an Inquisitor tasked with hunting down Jedi for Darth Vader.

The game has received excellent reviews and $34.96 is a new historical low for disc copies of the game. Both versions are also playable on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X consoles via backwards compatibility.

It was actually pretty great. Kinda like a Star Wars meets Uncharted/Tomb Raider kinda style.

Its a pretty fun game. I got it in a bundle and enjoyed it quite a bit.

    • What am I doing wrong? My PS4 doesn't have room for all these games, I'm literally deleting games to try new ones.

    • Is it on PS4 EA Access? Because that is only $30 for the whole year isn't it? Then you get another like ~30-40 games as well

    • Great game, but not the cheapest way to play. I’ll give an upvote anyway, some people still want the disk.

But can the PlayStation pull from the external hard drive in real time? So the game can solely exist on the hard drive alone?

    • Great game. I played the story level difficulty though because others say the difficulty level is frustrating.

    • Game has got some pretty good reviews, and I think it got some performance updates for PS5.

Also, I like to collect the physical copies to show off on shelves. :)

I've recently had the same issue, running out of space. Spent $75 on a 2TB seagate backup plus external (staples has them on sale often) and problem solved. Moved most of games over to the new external HD and freed up a bunch of space on the internal HD. Never had an issue and lots of free space on both HDs. Absolutely worth it.

Yeah, the game has some very obvious influence from the Dark Souls games, and part of that is some quite challenging fights. The "Normal" difficulty is quite a bit easier than Dark Souls itself, but I still found myself needing repeated attempts at some of the later bosses. Some people may simply find it too much / frustrating if you are looking for more of a Tomb Raider like experience.

The positive part however is that the game seems to be generous with checkpoints, almost always giving you a save point right before the boss encounter, and not requiring you to do re-do 10-15 minutes of content like in DS.

Very good game IMO. One of the best games to come out of the Star Wars franchise since KOTOR.

Do I lose access to the game when my EA Access expires? So getting the game now would prevent that?
