Same. Microsoft needs to move off the standard percentage price drop model, at least for older back catalogue games. There's a lot of that stuff I want, but if it's going to be 50 % off a game that's listed for 20, but should be a lot less, there's just no attraction there.

I honestly think Sony gets it more when it comes to these sales. They really drop the prices on the older stuff, and I always buy a ton of it (e.g. spending 65 this week on the sale, almost all on stuff three years old or more). Msft...I think I've bought maybe 8 games all year? Not for lack of wanting stuff either.

That game is on sale at Steam, may I ask what does the season pass do?

Sadly this.I don't understand why every single big sale are the same exact game on demand everyone already have and not much more. They should work on putting more season passs and indie games on sale also frig.

    • God damnit, I just bought Injustice 2 on PS4, it's better on there apparently but Sony will probably have a "look we can do this too" sale to mirror this as a "flash sale" Friday.

It's not safe to buy new games anymore.

Sony had a flash sale last week. It isn't happening that quickly...

Anyway, don't buy new games if you're going to feel burned when they get cheaper. Because, spoiler alert, they always do.

    • I was gonna post that The Crew Ultimate Edition is supposed to be $24 and not $14, but it looks like Microsoft adjusted the price and now it's $20. Also Minecraft Story Edition eps. 1-5 and eps. 6-8 are cheaper when bought separately vs. buying the complete collection as is Dead Rising 4 and the Season Pass vs. the Deluxe version. I don't understand why Microsoft keeps making these errors.

Edit: The Crew is back to $24 again. Make up your mind, Microsoft lol.
