Get in line and snag a PS5 or Xbox Series X from GameStop, because PlayStation 5 bundles and Xbox Series X bundles are back in stock on Monday, November 28 at 10:00 AM Eastern! Quantities will be very, very limited – good luck to all shoppers!

Announced earlier via @GameStopCanada on Twitter, the following bundles will be available at approximately 10:00 AM Eastern:

The PlayStation 5 Disc Edition bundle will include a standard PS5 console, an extra controller and a $30.00 discount on Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart; while the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition bundle will include the digital PS5 console, an extra controller and a Biogenik Controller Charge Stand. GameStop has not released the prices for either bundle and standalone consoles will not be available to purchase during this drop.

For reference, regular prices for all PS5 products are as follows – the PS5 Disc console is $629.99, the PS5 Digital console is $499.99, a DualSense controller is $89.99, a Biogenik Controller Charge Stand is $24.99 and Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart is $89.99. Meanwhile, regular prices for all Xbox products are as follows – the Xbox Series X is $599.99, an Xbox Wireless Controller is $74.99 and Forza Horizon 5 is $79.99. You can see GameStop Canada's tweet about the Xbox restock here.

Very limited quantities for all three bundles will be available online only and stock will likely sell out within minutes.

    • Value wise Xbox is better because you get 1tb vs 825gb and it's claimed to be slightly faster and more importantly gamepass. $180 for 3 years of 100s of games including EA games and online play is unbeatable.

      But general gameplay wise, everything the same but ps5 controller made a big jump whereas Xbox controller the same

      PS has more hype because of the exclusives and early access.

      I personally like the Xbox more for game pass alone. Gives me a reason to try more games without spending $80 on a single game.

    • So funny enough, I traded in a console a few days ago and asked an employee at the store how often they get next-gen consoles are in stock. He told me they have been getting more supply lately, but to buy one, you need to get an extra controller, game, and an extended warranty on top too. The additional accessories and warranty were like $300 on top, and they do this on purpose to discourage resellers.

    • Digital owner here. It’s a great system but the pricing model is not for everyone. And there’s no refunds on digital game purchases once played afaik (anyone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong)

      If you’re on a budget, this is fine as a secondary system to a steam PC or Xbox game pass where you can find competing sales quite fast (or just sub to gamepass) and those platforms at least have a good refund policy on digital.

      But don’t get this all digital system if you expect to save money at all. It’s strictly about convenience.
