    • My hardcover was delivered last week.

    • The product page now shows July 7th for both. It was June before. Why do you believe it will ship next week?
Ah dang. Just noticed that. Looks like it got delayed.

    • yeah it is definitely a nice book for the collection for such an iconic and timeless game.

    • dang forgot I even ordered this, already beat the game and upgraded most armor sets. Makes me realize how I haven't bought a strategy guide in 20 years ever since Gamefaqs existed, and Youtube made it more obsolete. 100% chance it won't have content on hover bikes or various "glitches", but will be very nice for collectors.

    • Prices for both editions dropped a little. Will start shipping next week.

    • I never use guides because I consider it cheating (no judgement if you do), but this one looks really nice. Maybe will buy it to view after I complete the game.

    • Got in for one so thanks OP.
Didn’t even preorder the game but preordered the guide, thanks op.
To be fair it's a Nintendo game and it'll probably be in stock forever at full price. The guide might not be available again after thanksgiving.

    • For anyone who’s purchased these piggyback books before, are they easy to read? Is the font size of the text relatively large? I have issues with reading on paper if it’s smaller text so it would be nice to know
I have the Piggyback guide for Breath of the Wild guide and unfortunately the font is pretty small. I'm guessing that will also be the case here.

    • Looks like a great collection piece, wish it came out earlier as I'll be through most of the game by then.

    • Good price. Piggyback makes solid guides. Hopefully Amazon shipping doesn't f it up.

    • Damn, this is hot. I loved buying game guides, but could only ever afford paperback. This is so good, if I was more into these games I'd buy this. Good price!

    • Yeah There is a hardcover version with all the dlc for botw.
Got into argument with the wife about me buying it for myself for my b-day last year.
      Great guide.
Ah that's good to know, well about the hardcover with all the dlc atleast.. lol

    • Thanks op.

I bought this using bing points converted to amazon gift cards.
Rather ironic using Microsoft rewards to buy Nintendo products.

    • Maybe not hardcover, but certainly a paperback one.

    • Worth noting, that if you won't be playing this game right away and will be waiting on future DLC (like I did with Breath of the Wild), there likely will be an expanded edition of this guide that includes DLC stuff.

Piggyback has one foe breath of the wild.

The game released mid May and the guide mid June?
Gotta give the authors time to play through the game and write everything down 😜

    • Sorry for the nostalgic memory lane here, however The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past was the absolute best video game in existence in my youth. Couldn't put the game down, called in sick a few times just to sit and play it all day. I even had to call up the helpline once just to get past a certain point.

Modern games may have better graphics and more intense game play....but nothing beat The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past from the early days. "A Link to the Past is actually a tricky game to complete when compared to modern Zelda games because many puzzles are cryptic and have unexpected solutions."
I agree I miss the dungeons in BoTW - the shrines just arent the same.

      Thanks OP I ordered one.

    • By the time it releases in mid-June I'll have finished the game already, better to buy this as an artbook than a guide.
I've put dozens of hours in and i haven't scratched the surface. This game is huge.

    • I much prefer the art books. Though this is still tempting. I bought that chest with all the guides for games up to... Twilight Princess I think.

You know what, since it's releasing in a month, I'll buy it now, and cancel if I change my mind.

    • Do these sell out quick? Didn’t manage to order the game collectors edition so may get this instead.

      Edit:
Went ahead and bought it, will relive some childhood memories of going through strategy guides, haven’t touched one in 15 years lol
