Enjoy
I only jump on these 30% deals (plum + member too) for books that they don’t carry often or to treat myself.
I wait until the end of the year with my Want List & go berserk.
I placed an order last night but there's no email confirmation nor order number in my account. There is a pending charge on my credit card tho. Just finished talking with customer service and they couldn't see that order in the system neither, just kept saying there's a system glitch and I should wait another day..
Customer service also confirmed with me that items are not final sale unless it's marked on the website..and same policy for in store..seems to be different from what people has been told at the store in the previous post
I knew my 15% amount, then I applied for Plum+ and it said 10% has been applied but it was really 30%
Which did you get?
OP should probably update the thread title to include that bit so people are aware.
My daughter wanted a Furby for the holidays, it is on sale right now at Indigo but the extra 30% still applied which was great for anyone else looking for one! The email receipt shows $52.49 (plus tax) vs Amazon right now as $69.97 (as a sale price from $100).
I’ve gone in store and have bought things that are actually 30% off… online though it is not (slightly less than 30%)
e-gift is online only IMO
Not sure if it was a one off but worth a try. Good luck!
Got confirmation also
Then explored the B&M store a bit. For in store, min was $50 for 30% to kick in. Got a nice looking bag, regular price $80 - got 30% on that as well. Overall found some interesting trinkets on the store but mostly stuff I would not be interested in and some rather overpriced items (but that is a general phenomenon these days - everything seems overpriced). While I like to support local B&M stores, I doubt this chain will last for long.
This doesn't help when Indigo participates in a promotion that sends out $15 ONLINE ONLY e-gift cards.
I emailed customer service and I told them, I'm going to buy some junk, return it, and keep "cashing in" my $30 worth of gift cards for bigger and bigger cards. They've left me no other option.
You just add items to your cart that are eligible (regular priced items that aren't in the exclusions list). It has to be an order of $100 or more.
For myself I was able to place two orders without a problem today. Redeemed all my points, hence the two separate orders. No errors, the discount applied correctly and my credit card has the correct pending charges.
... just saying (and that's a new change they made)
I got the thing where the promo was applied through Place Order, then the order confirmation didn’t have the promo applied. What in the actual F
But your finial price is correct, 30% off based on discounted price.
However some on sale items seems excluded by mistake, they get 30% based on original price.
