get this dealRogers is waiving all long-distance calling fees within Canada for wireless, wireless home phone and small business consumers until April 30, the company announced on March 16.
These provisions will also apply to customers with Rogers subsidiaries Fido and Chatr, in an effort to keep Canadians connected with family and friends across the country amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
In addition, Roam Like Home and pay-per-use roaming fees will be waived for Rogers postpaid customers currently outside of Canada, ensuring that they'll be able to connect with loved ones back home.
The temporary measures will automatically apply to all eligible Rogers, Fido and Chatr customers from March 16 to April 30 and Rogers has also guaranteed that services will not be suspended or disconnected for customers experiencing financial difficulties over the next 90 days.
