editL additional details:
Create a business account by February 17, 2023 11:59 PM PST.
You will receive an email confirmation within 72 hours of your account being verified.
Once verified, start purchasing and add the code BSE2023 to your Amazon basket (minimum $200).
Promotional code expires on March 3, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (PT)
But then they terminated the promo early, IIRC on 23Oct22, presumably due to
abuse, um greater than anticipated demand.A couple of weeks ago Amazon summarily cancelled a business account on which I used both the CIBC $350/$500 promo and the general $150/$300 promo. I can't login to it or otherwise use it. Fair enough.
And yet I continue to get promotional emails from Amazon for that account that invite me to review the stuff I bought, buy more stuff, reactivate Prime, salivate over Black Friday deals, etc.
D'oh!
$350+tax OFF = $395.50, plus they gave $50 on top = $445.50 discount I used towards iPad 10 with tax
Also I would like to say there is day & night difference between iPad 9 vs 10. Its more futuristic , huge bright display as same as Air 5, same camera as Air 5, 4-speakers. And these new colors - O manh! iPad 10 has best colors in whole iPad lineup so far.

Hopefully another decent offer comes along again.
Any restrictions?
Might be targeted, got it on my personal account to open a business account.

Suggest anyone who missed out on the last promos try this one out
I had a 1(c), 2(yes), 3(yes), 4(no) account cancelled shortly after cancelling the Prime trial that was due to expire the next day. So it's not clear if the cancellation was due to double-dipping on promos, not being a CIBC business customer or cancelling Prime. (The business is legitimate and can be looked up in the public government corporate databases.)
4. CIBC business Customer?
For me I didn’t get any notice yet, 1(c),2(no),3(yes),4(no)
But both of the businesses I signed up with have valid commercial business addresses/reviews/business data available online (but same physical address)
For me it’s either using multiple coupons, or having a business with no verifiable presence?
1. Did you open the Business account using (a) the $150/$300 offer, (b) CIBC $250/$500 offer or (c) CIBC $350/$500 offer?
2. If 1(b) or 1(c), did you use both the CIBC offer AND the basic $150/$300 offer?
3. Did you cancel the Prime trial before your account got shut down?
4. Are you a CIBC business customer?
I'm trying to infer what triggered Amazon to shut down the account.
In my case, 1(c), 2(yes) and 3(yes.) It may have been a coincidence but the account got closed shortly after I cancelled Prime.
