View allMaybe 5 times, they didn't have chicken, so they ended up giving us spicy pieces, which were HUGE! I loved those. And a couple times they only had white meat spicy, making it even better. Higher quality chicken, not complaining.
I usually am unable to finish something like a $5 fill-up (or "fill-up" now, since they're no longer $5) but I was consistently able to finish these no problem, while feeling completely full and satisfried. Fries tasted stale about a third of the time, but when they didn't, they were nice.
I am bummed however that I ordered one on Mar 23 during the day, promised my mom I'd order her one for dinner, and at around 6pm, the coupon was gone from all of my accounts. What kind of time zone are they in? I thought this was a Canada only deal, since only Canada has toonies, so what gives? It wasn't midnight in any timezone in Canada when I tried ordering.
(Funny story, I ended up ordering a $3 harvey's angus burger for her, drove up, and they were closed, despite google maps, their own app, and even their store sign on the door saying they should be open. Ended up getting a $1 whopper with cheese for my mom after this whole ordeal. Though I did get the angus burger a couple days later without any hassle, they honoured it no problem, picked it up along with 2 more fresh orders for the fam.)
The staff was super friendly and apologetic I had to wait (I was early from the app pickup time so it wasn't their fault)
My only complaint would be that the chicken was more saltly than seasoned.
Even though I'll prob never Redeem for the popcorn chicken, I filled out the survey afterwards to fully compliment the staff
i had mary browns chicken strips today, wow, amazing. but i also paid 15$ for a 5 piece combo (but they were big)

You can't customize it and looks like it will be a leg and thigh.
EDIT: As mentioned in the linked post by fellow commenter, as long as your account was made before Feb. 22 you should have the offer.
$2 in this day and age is cheap no matter how you look at it. Half a thigh is more chicken than a leg, you got luck.
I do agree with you that the seasoning seems different but going off memory is really hard.
The only other chicken "Deal" I do is 1 thigh and 1 biscuit for $2.99 at Popeye's and the thigh is huge.
OK, first full sized breast pieces, then full sized chocolate cake, now Grecian bread. These are like the legends your parents told you about how they walked 10, 000 km to school every day, came to this country with nothing but a penny in their holed pocket, or scored four touchdowns in a single game of football.
Ziggy's looking, neon green radioactive coleslaw shouldn't be missed however.
Isn’t that the given RFD way or do we have to spell it out each time?
I mean I'd be impressed and disappointed in myself at the same time if I actually use up all 40 of my accounts, I'll be real. However, with how small this deal is, we need 4 for 3 people, so that's a max of 10 times, which again I highly doubt I'll do. And what's it to them, the app didn't even work yesterday so they've already had a bunch of bad PR from the people unable to use the app on top of the people who went in-store to order only to find out the app was out of commission and to be denied of placing an order without the app. I'll be getting the food that they'd have made for the people who went yesterday, it all balances out ¯\_(˘▾˘)_/¯ Like really, this shouldn't have been done with the app in the first place. I hope next time they just make it walk-in only.
Good to see the app actually working today, too. Just ordered 4. I now have 40 accounts since I had 20 from last toonie Tuesday (the famous chicken sandwich one).
The best is the Pizza walk in promos where they have a medium cheese for $5, limit of 1 or 2 per person, versus the normal $7 walk in special, and people line up like idiots for 2 hours to get one.
