As long as the adult bill meets the minimum. I think it's because it's not a technically one of their daily promotions, or random promotions as it's on their menu permanently.
It could be dependent on store, but used it at the Scarborough location in Toronto and no issues at all. They even asked me before the bill if I had a free kids meal.
They claim the offers are not combinable.
I would venture to say that it is very much dependent on the restaurant or the staff. It is likely that their point of sale system allows it but the staff or the restaurant manager might catch on to it prior to punching it in and not put it in.
Assume two adults and 1 child, total adult bill would be $19.98 for the adults (@ $9.99 each).
Terms state this CANNOT be combined with other promos. Anyone have experience with this?
"Register your Kids Card to your MyBP account and get a 6th FREE Kids Meal! Plus, after registering, you can easily redeem your meals through your MyBP account."
You can use the Kids Card five separate times.
$5 bucks can’t go wrong
Update: I went to BP with my 3 kids today. I bought the $5 card online. Registered the card and got the 6th meal. Normally a kids meal is 8.99. If you buy two kids meals you spend about $18. That qualifies as one free meal valued at 8.99.
So bill without the card for 3 kids
8.99*3+tax
Bill with card for 3 kids
8.99*2 +$5 + tax
Subsequent trips cost for 3 meals is 8.99*2 (3rd free) and i can do this upto 5 times
FYI: kids free meal cannot be combined with any other promo. (on fine print, I know). Manager allowed us to combine since we had 4 adults.
Also, heads up - don't ask for mayo condiment because they will charge you an extra $1.99 without letting you know until you see the bill. I thought this was a d*ick move. My kid needs mayo with fries so nothing I can do. Ketchup is free.

This was on the FAQ page under the kids card section. But the whole section was removed now.
And when I try to register it to my account is says "ERROR There was an error registering the card."
Anyone else experience this? Anyone know where one would find my member number?
I have 2 kids and definitely don’t go often at BP.
I will buy just one hoping they will let me use 2 free kids meal for one card
Some places let you pick up your order while using it, even though it's supposed to be for dine in only. Some let you use multiple kids discounts even though only 1 meal, or food under the $16 threshold etc.
I have bought a large specialty pizza and got 2 kids meals
Also, after you purchase, it says if you register the card to your MyBP account you get a 6th meal for free for each card.
