A PetSmart Treats account is required to get the Cyber Week discount – membership is free with perks including points on every purchase, early access to sales, birthday discounts and more. Simply use the promo code CYBERSAVE at checkout to apply the discount.

The discount will vary depending on your order total – orders between $50.00 and $78.99 will receive 15% off, while orders over $79.00 will receive 20% off. Almost everything online is eligible, including dog food, cat treats, toys and rarely-discounted electronics like Wyze cameras.

There are some restrictions, as there's a maximum discount of $150.00 and gift cards, gift certificates, previous purchases, charitable donations, live pets, Advantage, K9 Advantix, Scoopfree, PetSafe, Kurgo, SportDog, Fluval, Greenies and Cesar products are excluded.

    • The gift card deal is back, runs till 12/31. I tried with $300 cards this time vs $1k, and so far the first two orders have gone through. We spend $2k a year on dog food with 3 large dogs, and buy it all from petsmart so it’s free money.

    • Here is what I did yesterday in Toronto and got my two Wyze v3 cameras (same day).

      1. HOLIDAY for the 15% off $75 gift card - 5 minute process - $64 for $75
      2. Login via your account
      3. Wyze products available via Doordash Same Day Delivery promo on the petsmart site (20% discount) - yes it might say "not available for delivery" but it still worked for me
      4. Used code GET15OFF (expires Dec 6th) - not sure if this is open to everyone

      Total was $70 + dasher tip. Use your discounted gift card and you can get 2 Wyze cameras for $60 taxes in! Good luck!

      Called customer service and they couldn't do anything about it and was unsure on when I'd get credit back on the giftcards. Rep didn't seem to care either.

      I find their order processing using credit cards to be really terrible. I would randomly get my orders cancelled even though I've used the same credit card there before and literally just used the same credit card earlier that day. You can try checking out with Paypal next time.

    • I've tried to place an order 3 different times while things were on sale or with coupon codes and each time got order cancelled with no explanation.
      Second time emailed and found out that it was due to low inventory but yet it's still listed on the site (at full price)- gave me a 15% discount code.
      My third order was simply cat litter - just got cancelled. I don't think I will try them again if even a basic order doesn't go through.

    • Just an FYI. While they make you buy canned pet food by the case, you don't necessarily get a full sealed case. I bought 3 cases of cat food and when I opened the crappy oversized boxed they shipped them in, I essentially found 72 loose dented cans of cat food in the bottom of the box. There were 3 torn trays in the box and a few cans still sitting on the top tray which wasn't the original tray for that food. I was told in Canada that Petsmart ships from the store not a warehouse so YMMV but I did see other complaints online of the same thing. I was incredibly disappointed with the packaging and the experience.

      I got 1 can from 1 store location and 2 other from 2 location for the "case"....
      The packing was really bad and the cans crashed the snack that's in the same package.

    • Happened to me as well, but I sent them an email to complain, and they refunded my purchase for the dented cans.
      Initially they offered me a $20 gift card. I said I wasn't sure as that meant I would have to spend more money with them to get it up to $50 for free shipping but the rep just put me on hold & issued the gift card. I escalated my complaint after I unpacked the box and saw how dented the cans were. A week later, someone called me and said they would refund the whole order. She offered to have the order re-sent which I would have liked if they could do it right, but she just went ahead with the refund.

      We need to call them out when this happens and if they refund enough orders perhaps they will start packing them properly. My cats only eat canned food so I would like to be able to buy by the case and have it delivered to my home. I just don't want to find all the cans dumped loose in a box.

    • In the "Your order is on its way" email, does it correctly show the number of cans you received? It's possible that they cancelled the rest of the order, that's happened to me as well. There was a follow-up email to tell me that after a little while.
      Yeah. Quotes 60 on the way. I think they just forgot to put the 24 other ones in the box...

      Oh well I'll see what they say. it was an autoship order and a great price so I really don't want just a refund hah.
