Royal Canadian Mint Royal Canadian Mint: Get Five Toronto Maple Leafs 100th Anniversary Loonies for $5.00 Toronto Maple Leafs 100th Anniversary Coin Pack $5

get this deal

The Toronto Maple Leafs celebrated their 100th season this past year and you can commemorate their centennial with the Royal Canadian Mint, because they've unveiled a new Toronto Maple Leafs 100th Anniversary $1.00 Coin and you can get a pack of five for $5.00!

Perfect for any Leafs fan, this coin pack includes five sealed limited-edition loonies with artwork of the Maple Leafs logo along with classic wooden and modern composite hockey sticks.

While you do get equal dollar-for-dollar value and no tax is charged, you'll have to pay for shipping and handling, which was a reasonable $2.99 for shipping to Toronto. You can also add the Battle of Vimy Ridge Commemorative Coin Pack for $10.00 or a free Official Canada 150 Collector Card if you want more value for the shipping fee.

These coin packs are available for a limited time only and there's a limit of one coin pack per customer. Mintage is limited to 50,000 and coin packs are only available while supplies last, so get yours before they're gone!

Don't want to pay for shipping? These commemorative loonies will also go into general circulation, so look for them in your change!

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a free shipping code around this time. New accounts don't offer free shipping either

    • If you're like me and already ordered the Vimy ones from a few days ago (with a new account), you have 30 days free shipping. Yes, it's ongoing, has been for a while. http://www.mint.ca/store/mint/customer- ... s-10000018

EDIT: Ordered as in, already paid and had it shipped. The promo requires you to buy something first.

How did you get free shipping? I created a new account and tried to order 3 items ( Vimy Ridge $2 Circulation Coin Pack, Toronto Maple Leafs® 100th Anniversary Coin Pack, 25-cent Circulation Coin – 125th Anniversary of the Stanley Cup® Ten Coin Pack) but I still see the shipping cost ($2.99 - letter mail) added to the order total. Are there any tricks to get free shipping with a new account?

You might be right, but this would be an awesome gift for any Leafs fan. Seeing one of these coins maybe a rarity just like the new 10 dollar bill and the glow in the dark toonie. Each I've seen twice since release.

Page seems to stop responding on the landing page, you're better off running a search from the main page and adding to the cart that way. Still can't figure out how to get free shipping though.

You need to have placed an order previously first.

I just removed the $10 toonie pack from my cart, and the 2.99 lettermail option is back. Maybe theres a limit how much can be mailed with lettermail?
