    • This is not a formal deal, so I hope I'm not mis-posting, but it was certainly no hassle to get.

I signed up for Ray-Ban's email list after adding the Ray-Ban Stories glasses to my cart, and was informed I'd get $30 off total if I created an account on their site as well.

I did, but the coupon code sent by email (within 5-10 mins) didn't work in my cart. (I was signed in as well, using the new account I'd set up.)

I called Ray-Ban at 1-866-472-9226 and they explained they're having numerous system issues today, and that most codes aren't working. She issued me a new coupon code immediately by email, which worked perfectly.

I was very friendly, so maybe that helped(?) but the code was for 20% off.

Ended up being $73.80 off of the regular black/grey $369 sunglasses (before tax).

Note: She did not check my coupon code; she just sent me a new one after a short chat.
      Care to share the code??

I was going to, but I tried it a second time and it was single use only.

When you sign up for the mail list and create an account, you get a coupon code for $30 off any order, including the Ray-Ban Stories (the camera glasses).

Because the coupon code I tried didn't work, they gave me a working one for 20% off (of the camera glasses).

So yep, it works, but it's not technically a sale.
