You need to call. These donkeys don't even know the tracking number that was sent. They were asking for it and can't just pull it up.

Did your refund get processed? My order return was received by their warehouse two weeks ago and I haven’t received a refund as yet. They’ve also stopped replying to my emails.

Anyways for anyone that wants to do a return. I messaged the customer support twitter account complaining and magically an email appeared the next day saying they have shipped out the postage to do the return.
This seems like the only option since they're just ignoring customers

I purchased the airpods and needed to return them (unopened).
I contacted via phone three times and was pointed in the direction of an email to do the return.
I contact three times via email and got no response.
I went into store and was refused saying it's an online issue.
I contacted PC financial for a chargeback or to see what they can do and gave me no options either. Saying I need to contact the vendor for a response and it doesn't fit criteria for a chargeback.
Really appreciate help on this. I just don't understand how they can't respond. Not even a confirmation they received the email.
Can someone post the email they used to get a return shipping label? It's been two months now since I've bought.

Yeah I’ve emailed them but haven’t received a response yet. I tried calling but they just told me to send them an email. I wish we could return in-store.
Last time I asked about return and it took them more then 1 month to reply my email.
As I previously read on here, I had to call Apple to purchase Apple Care. Couldn’t register online so the lady did it on the phone with me, no hassle for this part.
Lots of hassle before though, 2 e-mails to Telus and no answer, went on Twitter to contact them twice before being told the product was B/O. In late June I got the e-mail from Telus saying they could refund if I wanted to cancel my order, never got any tracking number just got the parcel dropped in my building lobby by UPS
I still haven't heard back from Telus.
This is ridiculous. I regret buying from Telus
Later one was delivered weeks ago, the early one has not even shipped yet. Same address and payment.
Interesting thing is my coverage out of the box lasts until July 30, 2021. The Apple rep stated it’s because Telus buys them in bulk quantities and then gets a standard AppleCare date for all of them. That’s why we’ve had to call in is because the Apple system doesn’t recognize the Air Pods Pro as the warranty period isn’t scheduled to start until July 31, 2020.
