go to sportchek's site and search for powerbeats
RFD affiliates the links and messes them up. Your best bet is to paste them as regular text and let others copy and paste into their own browsers or just search PowerBeats Pro on the site.

EDIT: Also note, Sport Chek looks to be one of the few stores that allow you to return opened headphones as they don't list any restrictions on their website. I would confirm in-store if anything, but so far as their 'Return Exceptions' page is concerned, it's allowed.

    • Here's by breakdown:

BeatsX (current headphones #1) - Most reliable and best sound isolation. Good bass. Great for the gym.
AirPods Gen 2 (current headphones #2) - Convenient for how well it works with iPhone and can pause audio when removed in an office environment. Audio quality is amazing even with one bud as it's play in stereo mode. Anybody that you hear say the sound quality is bad has no idea because they haven't tried it for long enough. They sound night and day compared to wired EarPods.
Sony WH-1000XM3 (current headphones #3) - Simply amazing and the EQ app is a game changer. Noise cancellation is probably the best and I prefer this over Bose QCII due to the app allowing customization. Comfort is great too for long flights/etc.

      Previous headphones:
Beats Studio 3 - Used sometimes over a year and I sold it recently and simply because I purchased the Sony XM3. Sound quality was good but lacked bass. No app to customize that either.
Beats Powerbeats Pro - Returned day 1 after purchasing at Apple Store. Charging case is massive for average pockets. Fits great and lightweight. Hook is soft and doesn't hurt ear. Sound quality is probably alright but useless if I can't hear music at an optimum level. In a quiet living room, I had to turn up the volume to max on my iPhone and there was zero bass. I reset and repaired since I thought something was wrong but still the same. My average volume is 80% on Airpods at the gym and 70% on BeatsX at the gym. At 100% on Powerbeats Pro in a quiet living room was embarrassingly bad.

Beats Powerbeats Pro - Bottomline... DO NOT BUY!

    • it's even better today with the 30x CT money (works out to 12% back in CT money if you have a triangle mastercard, 8% if you have regular non credit card rewards card)

they also have a promo where if you spend over $125, you get a $30 gift card off your next purchase, it says it doesn't work on Apple, but I don't think they consider beats as apple. If they did than the 10% newsletter coupon would not have worked.

      $207.87 + HST
      - 2% ebates (4.16)
      -12% CT Money ($24.94)
-$30 Promo card (if it works)

I think this is the cheapest they have been anywhere.

    • This is an amazing pair of headphones, amazing signature beats bass. I love the looks. I read reviews saying it has the best bass out of any headset out there, not just these totally wireless.

One thing for bass, i find spotify randomly turn bass to minimum, so i always have to check that.

If you have a problem with volume, don't only adjust it on your phone, adjust it on the head set too, i find sometimes the two are not exactly in sync.

I lost one of the pair, the right eared one, of my black color set, bought it before they had all the colors.

      Buying a second navy pair.

These headphones are so amazing, i'm in love.

Charger size don't bother me at all, since when i'm on the move, i only have my headsets, i don't bring charging case with me. They last for hours on one charge, 9 hours? I never run out of power on these, to me, they might as well run on nuclear power.

Pretty sure you got a defective pair. I have no issues with hearing my music/audiobooks in a noisy AF university gym.

      Other tips:
      - Can be a bit buggy on android and occasionally the audio bugs out and the sound turns weird. Hard to describe, almost like it starts to echo, but just press the pause button on the headphones, wait 2 seconds, and press play again. I've noticed it happens when I'm walking down busy streets, so possible signal interference with cars?
      - You can buy extended Applecare+ warranty through apple for $40 CAD. Would definitely do this for headphones this expensive and also it being the first iteration.
      - Battery life is 6-8 hours, and charging case holds 20'ish more. Easily the highest battery life out there.
      - Pretty sure no other headphones have hooks like this. You can literally do gymnastics in these and they won't fall out. Search for the guy wearing these when tricking on youtube.

I sound like an Apple shill, but this is the only apple product I own, and it hurt my heart to spend $200 on headphones at the time, but I really don't regret it. The Apple warranty brings peace of mind as well.

Wait 2-3 years and this type of technology will still be at least $100 I bet.

    • If I want earbuds with the W1 chip this and Airpods gen 2 are the only options right.

I have Airpods 2 but they are no good anywhere there's sufficiently noisy.

Assuming mine were defective, this one at $230 is definitely a good deal. But, if you don't mind semi-wireless. I highly recommend BeatsX at $80ish on sale over these. Also keep in mind that new Airpods with in-ear option is around the corner as well.

    • In case these earbuds don't fit well with me, can I return them hassle-free? The return policy seems quite vague: "Within 60 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise."

Please don't link BGR. They're the most cancerous tech blog out there. All click-bait titles for poorly written articles with barely any sources. And the owner (Jonathan) is the biggest douche. Look it up.
