I too was considering the Fugoo sport XL, but a few recent reviews had concerns about their customer service and reliability, plus I couldn't find any stores locally that has it for listening.
Didn't like the UE Megaboom or Megablast, way too boomy and lots of distortion at high volumes. Wasn't impressed with any of the Sony XB31,XB41 either.
The House of Marley Riddim sounded real nice in store for my audio tastes, but bit too big.
Was also looking at the Klipsch KM3, audiophile quality but pricey and big. Didn't get a chance to listen to the JBLs (many battery problems with the Xtreme)
My speaker is running 4 years now great. Looking for a better replacement
