Yeah, It's the US website, but you can also find them there. Grab a two stainless steel screws from hardware and you won't have to worry about rusted screws for the bottom. We got ours over 15 years ago.

I'm sure it's YMMV on clearance times. Mine in Ontario just started Thursday. I was there on Wed, no clearance. On Friday, I went again, and they said they just started the day before.
No cat. No dog. Tree was just not balanced well. I do tighten them well. Problem is when you tighten too tight, and the opposing sides don't match exactly right, it creates a twisting force on the base of the trunk. Had I also weighted the base, I could have had it tip a bit and not fall over. As a kid, we used to put bricks on the base to hold any minor tipping.
The markdowns are still too low to bother thought
With those eye bolts I really torque them down and even use a screwdriver or anything as leverage through the eye to pierce right into the tree.

(Edit) Pet peeve: why don't most stands have a screw or support at the bottom of the trunk too? Having it 6" from the very bottom creates a pivot point, allowing it to tip easier. I always have to shove some small pieces of wood cut offs at the bottom. I'm on my 3rd tree stand after trying out different ones over the years. And two years ago I had a tree fall in the middle of the night. 🫣

Probably the best tree stand on the market. Pricey, but your live tree is up, straight and watered in seconds.
