Yesterday afternnoon !
Thanks
I just saw IKEA Family at the Coquitlam location. Free coffee and 90-day return period did work.
Even took advantage of one of the IKEA Family offers.
Good luck!
I use an app called Key Ring to store numbers of infrequently-used cards to lighten my wallet and IKEA Family Card # is in there. I used to be able to simply punch the # in prior to my purchases but this is no longer the case.
You could still bring the card and receipts back to get the points but you have to remember to do so.
Not sure about now...depending on your location.
Amazing coffee there....way better than Tims,Macs and that godawful swill at Starpukes.
From 30 days to 45 days?
I tried to sign up and it says my email is already registered... Tried to use the "forgot password" option but the secret question is blank.. Then tried the option to enter my email and postal code and that's wrong as well. Got them to email me my postal code, and it gave me something i'm not even familiar with but I tried it anyways and it's incorrect.. ?!?!?
Doesn't seem like there's any way to contact them neither except for their generic feedback form.. so I gave up..
It's listed right on IKEA Family's webpage that free coffee is only M-F (used to be weekends as well when the program started). The locations I go to, they also have free coffee for the first 1/2 hour of each day for everyone, not just IKEA Family members on weekdays.
On the topic of IKEA family though, it seemed as though IKEA was selling high-vis vests in their IKEA family there for about $3 when I was cruising through (IKEA family membership required else it was $5 - I didn't have the time to sign up). Can't seem to find the item in question back on their website though now that I'm home.

You can select as see offers for each store and sign up at the bottom.
Edit: Didn't look all the way down "IKEA FAMILY is currently only available at IKEA Etobicoke, IKEA North York, IKEA Ottawa, & IKEA Vaughan. Select your store below if you’d like to join or if you want to be notified when IKEA FAMILY is in your local store."
Showed mine at Wpg Ikea, they didn't charge me or my wife for our coffee!
Just signed up.
Just curious as I don't see anything about this on the family website.
