No idea how long they last as mine usually accumulate so much dust they have to be thrown out. :( But they are the best I've ever used.

    • My wife bought one and I can't even sleep under it, it's so scratchy and rough. I'd definitely check them out in person first, some are probably much better than others. Cheap cotton for sure.

    • Make sure you check the measurements against your comforter. We have a couple that are odd sizes and it leaves 6" or so extra fabric at the end on a standard queen duvet.

    • Not a fan of Ikea's bedding. Bought some bed sheets and after the first wash there's already pilling everywhere.

+1. I'm very surprised how rough these things are. I woudn't let my dog use it.

    • I think they are made with cheap cotton. I makes me so hot and doesn't seem breathable.

      Personally, I wouldn't buy again.

She bought the least expensive one so I don't know if the other ones are better quality, but the VATTENMYNTA one is awful.

I would. It sounds like you bought the wrong set.

I bought the Grusblad Warmer Duvet and the Malin Rund Duvet Cover and everything was good.

I'll come shopping with you next time, just buy me a plane ticket.
