Submitted a price adjustment request last night and received $21 refund notification this morning.
Makes the AirPods Pro only $99.

I paid 1898 before promotion.. then the price was 1698 during spend more save more. So i got 200+ 300.. so effectively paid 1398 for the tv
Now the tv is 1498.. but I can't get any adjustment because I only paid 1398...
If the tv dropped to 1298 then I could probably get 100 back if within time window... Etc.
The price of the Tv I purchased during the spend and save promotion has now dropped by 300.00, and my price adjustment request was denied.
Makes sense I guess
how often Costco does have this deal 500$ off of 2000+$ purchase, folks...??
Should I be concerned or is this normal. I have never owned and OLED
Give it another day or two and you should see the status change to "On the Way". If it doesn't change, then it's UPS problem meaning that they didn't pick it up from Costco for delivery.
Original "estimated delivery" was October 16, Costco shows that it has been shipped on October 10th. But the tracking number on UPS only shows "Label Created".
I am not sure if I should nag Costco or UPS at this point.
and how do you find out what the in store system shows? did you have to ask them?
I'm not sure if it would have just happened without sending my message yesterday but I am inclined to believe so, because I received the same e-mail from Costco Ops that @saberon2016 received:
"It has come to our attention that you recently requested a credit related to the Spend and Save promotion that happened between October 9 and 12, 2023
Your request has been approved and a credit for your order has been issued."
In the previous 2 price adjustment requests I never received such an e-mail. I did however also receive the other e-mail indicating a refund has been processed to my card, same that I got for my previous 2 adjustments.
Anyway - kudos to Costco.. a great sale and good customer service!
Price adjustment #1 valued at 200+tax because TV changed from 1898 to 1698
Price adjustment #2 valued at 300+tax because the TV was 1698 which qualified for 300$ off from the "spend more, save more" promotion.
Price Adjustment #3 valued at 200+tax because of a new order of a 349.99 item elligible for the "spend more, save more" promotion. This would make the total value of elligible items purchased 1698+349.99 = 2047.99 which would qualify for the 500$ off from the "spend more, save more" promotion. Therefore need a final price adjustment of 200$.
Anyway, I am confident that in the end Costco will honor it.. I mean I inquired before placing the order for the 349.99 item... and I have a screenshot of the prices/discounts if I added both item to the cart on October 9th/10th etc. It's just a matter of time and maybe following up to make sure they don't erroneously reject it etc.
I called in on the 16th, and the CSR rep said everything looked good, so just wait.. but its so strange that my previous 2 price adjustments happened quickly and the 3rd and final one is taking so long... I am thinking emailing may be a good choice since it may get directed to the actual department that handles the price adjustments instead of just the CSR who then submits to that department (and have verified that the submissions look good from their side a couple times.)...
Thanks in advance.
Trying to return something today and even the email and online status not showing prorated discounts, the in store system shows
Earbuds showed a $8 discount
Headphones and apple AIRTAGS showed a $128 discount
TV showed $363 discount
So my question is what happens if I return the air tags or the headphones or both?
Otherwise if anybody wants to trade it with any type of iPhone 15 then I can pay the difference to him.
For those who missed that biggest sales event for Apple products from Costco, I would not sweat too much on that. You can get similar deal with 15% or more off on Apple GCs (when the promo comes around). It is only 10% less ($100), so it is not a big deal.
