Costco Costco: Get a $25.00 Online Coupon When You Refer a Friend Before September 1 Get a $25 Coupon When You Refer a Friend!

get this deal

Introduce a friend to Costco, because you'll get a $25.00 online coupon when you refer a friend for a new membership!

To get this offer, simply show this promo page at any Costco Membership Counter when your friend signs up for a new membership. Once they sign up, you'll both receive a $25.00 Costco.ca online coupon!

For reference, the standard referral bonus is usually a $10.00 Cash Card and depending on your passion for chocolate-covered almonds, this deal even beats the April 2019 offer of a $20.00 online coupon and a bag of chocolate covered almonds.

Costco memberships start at $60.00 per year and this offer is available to new or current Costco members who refer someone to sign up for a new Gold Star or Executive membership.

This offer is effective until September 1 at all Canadian Costco locations and the $25.00 voucher expires September 29 -- click here to find the warehouse nearest you.

Factually that may be very unlikely in any family

      But

For a purpose of COSTCO membership, it may fly 😂

Unless they have such a disclaimer i suspect its yes as long as you live at different addresses.

"Hello, I live at 123 Fake St, Unit 1"
"Hello, I also live at 123 Fake St, but in Unit 2! Despite the same last name we're coincidentally unrelated neighbors! " *cough*

    • I was a costco member for a year and I would say on average I spent about $200 more per month on food/stuff.

There are just so many deals and great items there, I find myself spending more than I usually would. I ended up cancelling my membership, but I just get my parents to buy the essentials for me now.

Just a personal data point for everyone.

If you live at the same address you can share a membership
Its supposed to be for a spouse but i know people who are not spouses share one. Not that i condone breaking the rules 😉

Seems to be September 29 for the voucher expiry.

    • Honestly, buying Costco stuff online is usually more expensive than buying in store. It's good if you need something that's only available online. On the other hand, using their e voucher doesn't always mean saving, especially the voucher is valid only for such a short time.

Unless you don't have a membership, there's very few reasons to buy an item online that's available in the warehouse.
But online has a TON more stuff that isn't available in the warehouse.

    • I have used online credits a couple of times to get their Kirkland $20 for 4, T shirts. They are decent quality, free shipped, and the price is the same as in store. If anyone is struggling to find something to use up their credit.
