Start a new year with with frozen treats from Chapman's, where their annual $4.00 ice cream coupon is back for 2023.

Simply visit the Chapman's coupon page and enter your address information to claim your coupon. Once complete, a physical coupon will be sent to your address, which can be redeemed for $4.00 off any Chapman's Markdale Creamery item at most major grocery stores across Canada.

NOTE: Markdale Creamery is the re-named product lineup for Chapman's Original Ice Cream – ice cream flavours and varieties are identical, while the new Markdale Creamery name commemorates Chapman's 50th anniversary.

    • Sobeys (ON) has Chapman's Premium 2L Ice Cream on for $3.99 this week, and also buy 2 get 10 bonus AirMiles.

      I went yesterday and the cashier applied both coupons in the same transaction so I effectively got paid $1.05 in AirMiles to take the ice cream.


      My second coupon was from last year that I never got around to using and it had the same Dec. 2022 expiry date as the coupon I got earlier this year.

    • I ordered my Chapman's coupon on January 24, 2022. Website says delivery should be 6-8 weeks. On April 12, I emailed Chapman's customer service asking where my coupon was after 11 weeks. If I attempt to re-request my coupon for 2022, I receive the following message "To prevent abuse we only permit one coupon of this type per household per year (ERROR-CM05).

      I received the following response from Chapman's on April 19 -- "The list you are on, we will be sending this week and you should see it soon. We apologize for the delay. We are currently working with a high volume of requests thousands weekly and shipping coupons as quickly as we can."

      As of May 6, still no coupon, but apparently my original submission on Jan 24 was successfully received and Chapmans is experiencing delays in mailing.

      The wait continues...

      But I think @alpha2omega was talking about something more along the lines of B&J, Hagen-Dazs, Halo Top, Talenti, Van Leeuwen, Rebel, etc.
      Yah, I think they call B&J or Hagen-Daz "Ultra premium" in the biz. It's basically pure cream with something close to 35% m.f.

      I could be wrong or a bit off in my estimates.

    • I lived by the Chapman's plant up by Owen Sound. Fun fact, they have the same water source as Life brand bottled water. It's inexpensive but not cheap ice cream. I wish they did a premium ice cream like B&J because I'd buy it out of principle. I think a lot of us that remember those black ice cream boxes of Neapolitan and whatnot would do the same. They have so much brand to capitalize on right now and they don't.
