Yes, spicy is a premium sandwich, might be denied with the "cannot be combined..." Fine print of app coupon. Till "should" allow, cashier/manager might not since combining two offers

    • Thanks OP in for 1 per day for 20 days (give or take)

Do you have a tweet or marketing of some kind for this deal? My local place (Pickering) frequently doesn't know whats going on....

Yup, can ask for either no bun (comes in a tray) or lettuce wrapped, mayo is usually given in packets on the side for both bun-less options

    • Thanks OP! Damage control offer to counter the Harvey's, A&W & DQ strategic deal initiatives. I predict many waistline casualties in 2020.

    • Wendy's Spicy Chicken and KFC Spicy Big Crunch are my two favourite fast food sandwiches. I haven't had either in a long time - not sure how they compare today.

    • As I've taken advantage of the $3 spicy chicken + $1 pop + free fries + sometimes free frosty too last month, I can confirm that at least one app offer should work - even better if you can get both the fries and nuggets for free.

    • is this an actual piece of chicken under that batter or a ground up and processed patty?

The combo is also discounted by about $2.30 (depends on franchise pricing). Cashier should key in the sandwich, fries, and drink individually to get the discounted "combo" pricing.

YMMV on combining the $3 Spicy with the BOGO sandwich offer for completing their online survey. Survey offer states cannot be combined with other offers/discounts, but some people during past promotions have said the cashier/manager allowed it.

      Enjoy!

Oboy oboy, Adding more calories and weight to the already holiday weight I've gained. 😄
      Thanks OP.

It’s an actual piece of chicken, I’ve worked at a Wendy’s when I was in high school and that was one of the best sandwiches. I normally get it with onions on it and it makes it super hot.

Some customers used to request fresh out of the fryer and that’s when it’s the best. You just have to wait a few minutes for the pressure fryer. Even though there are timers on everything at Wendy’s. Old beef patties are used to make chilli but chicken they almost never throw away unless it’s been sitting there for a long time.

They say when you work at a restaurant, you almost never go back because you seen it all. I still go to Wendy’s from time to time because they were very strict when it came to sanitation and kitchen rules. I’ve worked there as a kid for 4 years and it’s one of the cleanest kitchens.
