    • It’s so weird that people come into a thread and let everyone know they’re not getting enough fibre in their diet. A bit of ground beef shouldn’t be harming anyone.

It’s like saying “oh Starbucks? No thanks, hot drinks hurt my teeth because I don’t ever brush them!”
It’s true.. it’s never bothered my stomach either.

    • Someone pls enlighten me on why tacobell is any worse quality than any other fast food?
I actually like Taco Bell -- I think most of the complaints have to do with how the ratio of actual ingredients is hit-or-miss because they are aiming for speed over quality. For those making digestion-related jokes ... they probably are not used to the spices used in the taco meat seasoning (by the way, its called "taco meat" because it is not 100% beef, its actually 88% beef with the other 12% being water and seasonings).

I find Taco Bell tacos today contain a little meat, tons of lettuce, and a few blades of grated cheese ... you pretty much have to complain every time to get decently-made tacos. When I was kid in the late 80s, Taco Bell tacos were higher quality -- legitimately three layers in each taco.

They are going to go to the team who implemented it and have them fix it. Really weird take.
Nah, his take wasn't weird at all. I think you misunderstood his point.
Clearly the abuse for the free Pizza Pizza slice prompted them to reformat the promo, making it significantly harder to obtain, if not near impossible nowadays. Yes the team who implemented the promo likely fixed it, but it was sparked by people like Ringzz who nabbed dozens of free slices, prompting some red flags.

Yes we all benefit from sharing these exploits, but overdo it and you ruin it for everyone. Not a weird take at all.

    • Taco Bell is the only fast food place I roll up to with no ordering game plan. I just let the menu speak to me. The Bell will tell me what I need. My mouth may be moving but I am just the instrument of a supreme design.
Only thing that is a given is the trip to the washroom

    • Uhm... congrats?

Unfortunately, it's because of people like you, who abuse an offer, that we see less and less good offers today.

It's so sad what RFD has become today... full of new members wanting to abuse offers to their own benefit

If they couldn't be bothered to track the offer with more than just cookies on your web browser they have it coming to them.
RFD has always been about price errors, exploits and loopholes to get the best deal. I'm simply continuing the tradition.

Not like the $1 BK whopper wasn't abused for a whole year either for over 200+ posts

All you have to do is use a browser in incognito mode to abuse this. Stupid simple, no verification by text/email just pay and pickup.

I guess the posts above are suggesting to use the webpage instead of the app.

    • The above poster gave all the tips that have worked for me. Open a fresh Incognito window and go to the website. When giving your details placing the order use a difference email/number.

I have a handful of spam email addresses I've used and just changed a couple random digits of my number. There's been no verification any of the times.

I've always used Google pay with the same card and it's worked out fine. I'm curious if they're going to say something at the store when I pickup but the receipt doesn't list the price so idk what info they see on their end.
Yeah i think my problem was allowing location services, once i denied that it worked!

    • Can you explain your magic? I tried to do it again in the same window and wouldn't let me get to the order screen. Doing it in Incognito mode let me go through the extra steps to enter your email address, phone number and name but then i got the same roadblock of "this special offer has been used in the past" When i went to submit the order.

I haven't tried the website but make sure you close all incognito tabs first and use a different email, even if they're just "+" addresses.

    • No tacobell locations are showing up in Alberta on the app for pick up or delivery....
In some cases I think the franchises can opt out of the app ordering system, I know a couple of A&W's that aren't using the app to order

    • Had placed on order through the app on Friday, 23rd. Went to pickup and the store closed early due to the storm. Contacted the store for the refund/ reprocessing order, and they say they havent received money since the store system was down and cannot reprocess the order. Tried calling through the app, and it reaches US customer care, they then transfer you to some other number, which turns out to be delivery support for doordash.

Has anyone successfully contacted customer service for app orders?

    • OP should add "with purchase" as the Crunchwrap is NOT FREE. Once added to the cart, at checkout, you will be in an endless loop in the "contacting secure server" or something like that. The manager at the Egl & Dixie location told me you have to make a purchase for the order to go through, so I added a soft taco and it worked. It may have worked just adding an extra topping, but I was hungry lol. Nevertheless, you have to pay for something to get the free Crunchwrap. Apparently it's in the fine print of the fine print that says "*Terms and conditions apply" on their posters all over the store.

Got the beef Crunchwrap; it was all wrap, a few toppings and cheese, couldn't see or taste any beef. It was also much smaller than I thought.
I was stuck in that endless loop until I added a side of nacho cheese, but probably adding more toppings would work as well.

I agree with you on the way it was made - barely any beef and the first few bites were just wrap. They clearly do this on purpose for the free ones because I go to this location all the time and I’ve never had it made like that.

    • The promo is correct and legit, the crunchwrap is free, no purchase necessary - the problem is their checkout system breaks when order is $0.
So how do you get if for free then lol?? You don't (can't) so it's not FREE when you HAVE to buy something for the promo to go thru.

    • Available on the Taco Bell app it says you could get a beef or bean one but when I try applying it gives me beef

Got the ad on insta really thought it was fake but boom right on the app

Expiration date is unknown, it seems you’ll have 30 days from when you download and sign up to get the deal, maybe it will end up being abused and make Taco Bell stop the deal

    • First and last time eating Taco Bell.
It was bland (even with 3 packs of fire hot sauce), and hardly had any fillings.

In terms of fast food standards, it's among the lowest.

That's the double edge sword of these promotions. Because it's free, they skimp on the ingredients and there's little effort in putting it together.
