For reference, McDonald's offered the same deal back in July 2023.

Note that select McMuffin sandwiches like the Egg BLT McMuffin are excluded. Coffee substitutions usually incur an additional cost, however the app or kiosk may not allow any substitutions.

    • Well that was quick. Ordered again today and the "L" coffee option disappeared from the $4 special offer.
      As other suggested, I was able to use the main menu and bump up to a Large coffee (+$0.20)

      Still got Monopoly rewards today...
      just curious anyone in ON who did this, what was the cost difference of 0.20 more to upgrade with the sub-total $4.20? still the 1 tax?

    • The breakfast burritos are the best thing on the menu. I don’t think I have ever seen them on sale. So inconsistent too, fat at some McD’s, thin at others. So good though, especially with extra salsa
      I use to get the spinach / egg wrap at Starbucks once a week with a couple packs of Siracha sauce but have since switched over to the McDonalds breakfast wrap. The problem I have found is the McDonalds salsa is just so bland its almost like adding water to it BUT I still have a bunch of the Starbucks Siracha packets and my friend if you want a game changer, put some siracha on the McDonalds wrap!!

      I agree. Big Mac sauce is $0.30 at my local McD, I'm sure you can pay a bit for lettuce too. So probably the only thing missing is the sesame bun. I think having 3 buns gives the BM a horrible meat to bun ratio, so I actually do not care at all for the 3rd "bun". Not having sesame seed is not a big deal considering the huge price difference

      I believe it has to do with the name of the sandwich. Sometimes the more popular naming items cost more because it's what most people order.

    • Can we use McD gift card at e-kiosk or only possible at counter?
      Scan the barcode or enter the 4-digit code from your app into the kiosk, then you can place your order (including personal offers same as the app) and pay with gift card and receive points too. If the GC doesn't have enough balance to cover the total, choose "pay at counter" and they will complete the 2 partial payments at the cashier and your order will be correct and receive points.

      I believe you can also do this at the drive through - tell them your 4digit code before ordering, then pay with gift card at the window.

      In Ontario, there is a point of sale rebate of 8% of the provincial part of the HST payable when total is $4 and under.

      Well, that's contrary to the article he quoted, which said McD's was raising prices after reporting FEWER customers. Raising prices to offset less traffic makes perfect sense, at least in the short term. These corps are dialled in on short-term earnings and beating quarterly expectations is the name of the game.

      There's no option to upgrade to XL (free or otherwise)
      Side-bonus, I did receive more monopoly pieces on both the large coffee and the mcmuffin.
