I never had an issue with the order not being sent to the restaurant as people are stating and have used it many times. The one issue I am aware of is the payment method issue. The checkout screen lists all available payment methods through the app, but if your local restaurant does not accept that method, your payment will not go through (i.e. you can enter an Amex credit card but many restaurants will not take Amex, in which case your will get an error). Switching to a different card will resolve this, but they should not allow you to enter it in the first place (you are selecting the restaurant location at the beginning anyway, so it should be able to filter).

It allows you to enter scene card, but you'll never earn points with the app. And when you go to claim, they'll tell you some BS about using CAA so screw you (even though thats explained absolutely no where). But doesn't matter if you have/use CAA or not, it doesn't give points. (And if you go to drive thru, theyll have no problem giving you both CAA 10% and scene points.

Scene has always added the points for me manually but I don't have CAA.
So it may offend some, like me.
But that may also be a reason for people saying " wow surprisingly the same taste" becauae the whole exterior was coated with real meat by the murderours franchises
Too bad their veggie burger is trash.
