    • Chuckled at the inaccuracy of the Amazon specs... was sold myself until I saw the rotational speed of 1 RPM. Bit low for my needs.

      Their build quality seems better than ASUS or DELL; what bit ya?

      Probably not honoring their price errors

    • It's a great 2-in-1 laptop and the login with the fingerprint is very fast. I even played some games on it (CoH at ultra, WoWS at high) and if you need a sleeve for it the Amazon basics 13.3 will fit it nice and snug. I ordered and tried the Active Pen, which works great to draw or sketch in tablet mode.

      I bought the i5 8250 version a year and a half ago and I'd say exactly the opposite.

      +1

      I love Lenovo laptops, but I can only do ThinkPads that have the red nub/TrackPoint.

      Everyone has a story but Lenovo builds top grade laptops, they rate very well.

      I would not hesitate to buy.

    • Is it not cheaper from the Lenovo site? or am I comparing a different laptop

      https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/laptops/id ... 8IP8FX1273

      You'll get higher % of ebate too (1% -> 5%)

      EDIT: oh it's because the pen's included for the Amazon one.
      But with the higher ebate % you can straight up buy the pen, so it's practically same price.

      EDIT: Lenovo has a back to school promotion, you can select an accessory with any laptop purchase for only a penny!

      I will never honor price errors if I had a company, the loss would be huge, imagine losing 100 dollars on a device x 10000 orders...cmon

      Oh good eye! When I checked before, the price was still $900, maybe the sale just started? Also, the Lenovo one is English-French keyboard, whereas the Amazon one is, I think, English.

      Down with English-French keyboards. They thought they can please both sides, but they aren't getting my money. US Keyboard FTW.

      Looking into this further, looks like Lenovo also has a Back to School Promotion to give away a free accessory, like a Pen.

      So I like the Lenovo deal more
