    • Had to cave and get the $58 Keurig as my old classic one's time has come. Stocked up on a box of the Kirkland K cups that are on for $33.99, for a 120 pack.

    • Any reviews/thoughts on the TCL 65" Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Roku TV, 65S41-CA for $448? ($250 off)

Never bought a TCL before and was wondering before I thought more about it. Reviews say something about shutting off after warranty is done or something.
Richmond BC Walmart still got 3 on the floor, maybe more at the back. I am not a fan of Roku but it is cheap. Add a Chromecast and there you go.

    • Hey kashwashwa, I'm also in the market for the same thing and am surprised and disappointed that this appears to be the only sale anywhere and it ain't even that much of a sale. My question is should I pay $30 more for it at Costco regular price for an extra year of warranty and peace of mind? PM me if you come across any other sale for 6-7 cu ft. uprights and I will do the same.
FYI, the 6ft upright is back in stock as of this morning.

    • Beware. I was at Wal-Mart and the Ninja Nutri-Blender they had for $38.88 is different than the one shown online. The one in store is only 600W and includes only 1 cup...
The one online shows 700W and 2 cups.

It's super odd because depending on where you look there are different versions all under the BN300 model.

I think the BN300WMC is the Walmart Canada version. Hence the WMC.
The question is are there different versions within BN300WMC that have different wattages and different number of cups??

Funny because when I go to Amazon, they have BN300C. The title and description lists it as 750W, but some of the pictures and animation lists it as 700W.

    • Looking to buy a soda stream but confused by all the different models. I see 2 models on BF sale for about 48$, anyone know the difference and have any feedback? TIA

Its how they look, the walmart one you screw it in from underneathe, the other one is the more traditional tried and true style that you can screw it in at an angle instead. I'd get the CT one, but if walmart is significantly closer you won't lose any sleep getting that one (assuming you use caffeine free pop, lol).

They dress it up a lot but in the end it is compressed air being shot into a bottle (although I guess there is a $300 version that will electronically hold the button for you instead)
Check nearby paintball stores or facebook for air refillers

    • Completely dead at the Stittsville location. Only saw maybe 5 customers at 0620h. Definitely less hype for this year.
It's an odd time. As a retailer you're also in a bind as most stores I've seen in the mall are in desperate need for retail staff.

    • So much for people heading into the Malls to physically shop.
Maybe because everyone has to go back to the office so they can't be out shopping lol.
Even the RCSS didn't open until 7am. Normally it would be 6am for BF.
So needless to say, there was plenty of air fryers there. First 3 pallets were the air fryers.
They might have had more customers if they put children's acetaminophen/ibuprofen on sale

    • How's the Ninja Blender for $40? I'm in need of a new blender to replace my magic bullet that's a little bit too weak.
Would also like to know. Noticed the magic bullet is 250W while the ninja is 700W. I don't know if that translates to over 2x the blending power though.
The Ninja is also more annoying cause you can't push and twist to have it blend. You have to hold it the whole time.

Ah yes, I’d love to know too.

Edit: I guess it’s ok for the price, but I need something more powerful. I thought it was this blender for a second and got excited

Unfortunately I haven’t bought it yet, so I can’t really say, but I’m not sure if these TVs will do well with a lot of glare (but that’s my experience with cheaper TVs, not at all this one).

Everyone big box store has to guess how well they will do on Black Friday. It is better to over forecast than to under forecast your sales. If they are lucky, everything will sell through, if not, we have Boxing Day inventory

I don’t know if supply chain has improved, but you can’t rely on manufacturers to honour back orders after Black Friday

In my opinion, there really is no Black Friday this year. It is more a Black Friday month. We have been seeing early Black Friday deals since the beginning of November

People that think there will be this magical sale on November 25 are nuts. I am sure there will be deals on Friday, but if you see a deal now, I suggest you grab it, because it will not be cheaper this Friday. No store wants to sell you something today just to have you price adjust it on Friday or worse, return and repurchase it.
These “November 25” deals generally only apply to phone deals imo. At least it did while I used to work as a salesman
