You can purchase up to 10 separate gift cards to stack up to 100,000 bonus points, but stores reserve the right to limit purchase quantities – click here to view our roundup of deals from this week's Shoppers Drug Mart flyer to see what else you can buy while you're there.

Haven’t heard back anything from them.

My mom got the physical membership card by signing up at a Shoppers Drug Mart a long time ago.
Their previous Apple GC promo was slightly different and stated:
"Limit of $500 per customer in a single transaction. Offer applies to every $50 spent on Apple Gift Cards up to a maximum of $500 in a single transaction".
I don't understand why they don't just include a simple "Maximum points awarded for this promo = 50,000 points per account"
With all the Apple GCs they've been running for the last month, there are going to be a ALOT of missing point inquiries. They're just creating more work for themselves.
So really I should get both? One of each $500.
Edit: My bad, one was for Superstore.
It’s poorly worded, and I’m not hopeful, but I’m still going to try and get the points.
This was my question too. I'm planning on buying a new Mac soon anyway, so I purchased 6 x $500 gift cards for a total of $3,000. This was the offer listed in the Shoppers Drug Mart flyer, not the Optimum App. If I understand the terms correctly, since I didn't exceed the $500 per transaction limit, I should get 300,000 points, but nothing has been added to my account yet.
Maybe Shoppers were sick and tired of all the irate customers
So is the limit $500 or $500 per transaction? And why does it say per transaction if the offer goes grey after one?
I don’t get it.
“Limit of $500 per customer per transaction up to a maximum of 10 cards.”
So, today I took my chances and even though on the monitor it was showing 5000 points, I asked her( same cashier) to go ahead with the order. After transaction, on receipt I could see 50,000 points. So, went ahead with one more transaction.
Cashier mentioned that they can't sell more than $1000 GC. So, I went to Loblaw's and used PC optimum Financial Card offer 5000 points on $50 Apple GC and got $300 GC. Haven't got the point yet but lets see.
Coming back to the Apple gift card purchase. I added $500 and $300 to my wallet. And at the checkout page for MacBook Air, I was able to add $500 directly as a gift card (I was still getting option to add 8 cards). So, i think you can use $2000 from your wallet and rest amount from your GC plus credit cards.
You won't be able to use your credit card for mobile device insurance/extended warranty if you purchase through gift cards.
It's still an absolute savings so +1 OP; but the credit card extended warranties may be worth something to you.
You cannot use it in store for an on-the-spot purchase, just because the salespeople can only take traditional forms of payment.
