    • Does anyone know what is the best way of setting the picture mode? The movie mode looks great for watching Netflix, but a bit off when watching YouTube. I don't want to switch back and forth between standard and movie modes manually.

    • I decided to try rakuten on this purchase and submitted where is my cash back a few days ago... in their automatic shopping trip ticket thing it showed a few trips the day before I bought but not the actual day I purchased.... regardless they just approved my cash back stating they have not received the info from the vendor yet but have credited my account!

    • Delivery completed for my order! I’m on the west coast for context.

      Just to summarize:
      Nov 24 - Ordered with a selected estimated delivery date of Dec 1
      Nov 30 - No phone call, emailed samsung home delivery
      Dec 2 - Got a call to reschedule to Dec 6
      Dec 5 - Automated call and text to confirm delivery time slot
      Dec 6 - Automated call to let me know delivery was 10 mins away, arrived and delivered.

    • Just got a call from the delivery company to confirm a time. It seems like they are not flexible with the timing and if you’re not available they will reschedule with a “significant delay”. There was no e-mail to confirm a preferred date so it simply looks like they will deliver when convenient for them. My experience in the Toronto area.

      I also had submitted a "Where's my cash back?" to Rakuten and they just got back to me and gave me $97.50 cash back. So hopefully that sticks until the next Big Fat Cheque *fingers crossed*

    • My preferred delivery date was Dec 1, didn't get a call the night before so emailed samsung home delivery as per instructions. They emailed me in the morning saying there was a delay with delivery and that I would be contacted within 2-3 days. They called me last night and scheduled me in for Tuesday the 6th saying I will get a call the night before.

      My samsung order status on my education account has said "delivered" (from dispatched) for a couple days now so I'm assuming the delivery team has the TV in their warehouse in my area but is backed up with BF volume and weather/snow.
      Pretty much got the same email this morning, allow 3-4 days for the delivery team to contact you. So we'll see... If this was available anywhere else for the price I would cancel already

      Same here. I also called the HD line and while they did see everything on the system, they were unable to give any guarantees on delivery until we get contacted by the delivery team.

      Update on a timeline for you guys that have ordered:

      We ordered on November 23 and received confirmation with email that same evening. The next morning, Samsung called and emailed, asking me for confirmation of delivery address and to let me know that they are out of stock and it might be a couple of weeks before I would get delivery and if I wanted, I could cancel the order. I told him I would wait. On Saturday, I got an email from Samsung saying "my goods are on the way" (to the home delivery team) and then Monday, I got a text from the delivery company saying they would deliver Tues, Nov 30 but then because of the snow, (we're in Vancouver and sh!t hits the fan when it snows here), I got another text on Tuesday saying my delivery would be Dec 1. It was finally delivered today at 4pm.

      So far so good...now we have to mount it 😐 and I'm scared.

Now I just got an email saying they just got their inventory and it'll be another 7-10 days until the shipping company reaches out to me to arrange the drop off. A win, either way! Thanks OP!

      My estimated delivery is Dec 1 and I’m in BC.

      Tracking my order online is inconsistent too as there’s likely some caching issues being signed into regular samsung, venngo workperks, perkopolis, education accounts. As long as you’re getting the emails then things should be moving right along.

      It asked me to "Please enter your student email below to verify your Samsung account. Employee code"

      I typed it in... but won't let me into the site saying "Please enter a valid employee code"
      Anyone had this issue ?
      Go to the regular site and sign out from your account, then visit through the link in your email.


      Just got my order confirmation email detailing the delivery process and asking me to wait for a call from the delivery team.
