Will probably be $400 or under by boxing day tho
Amazon has the same thing for those that don't canadacomputers
I have not come across the 5800X at a lower price. If there has been, please let me know. Seriously, I really want to know because I want to learn and serve the rfd community better, because I have benefited from many excellent posts from this forum over the years.
If it is about people not liking CC, is that a reason down voting posts from people who is just trying to contribute to benefit other rfd'ers? Again, I have not seen the price lower, from a retailer that has the product that is readily available for purchase.
And for the record, I am not happy about CC's policies. I have even expressed my views to the staff many occasions and warned them that is pissing a lot of their customers off. Perhaps CC management should pay more attention to how shoppers feel about their policies and the negative effect it has on the companies image, and how it will ultimately affect their profitability. Perhaps people want to boycott CC and that is their objective, hoping CC would change for the better. I am no shill for CC, but would I want them to go out of business? Well, NO, because that would mean one less competitor in the computer space and they also provide jobs for many people. Competition is good. Hoping CC goes out of business ultimately hurts consumers in the long run so it is self defeating.
If the 5800X for $419 is not a good deal at the moment, then I can understand the down votes and I have no problem with it. But if it is about people not liking CC or if people don't like the 5800X, then that is another matter. What kind of message is that giving to the rfd community and to this forum. People just wont' bother posting if they are going to get down votes that really have no merit. It is not very constructive and it does not help the redflag community at all, friends.
All the best.
MSI and ASUS BIOS should be fine.
Now, I wouldn't care much about down/up votes, I don't think anyone is direct them to you (individually) or anything a like. Plus is not like you can use those votes anyway...
All the best.
still cheaper than this if count tax 12% in bc
