    • I have been waiting to add a second line to my wife's Fido account. Was going to get the LG G6 once the G7 is out as I expect the price to drop. However I would take this TV offer as it's a really good tv for computer monitor.

Does getting this phone from Fido on a tab count for this offer?

I read the rules and can't figure it out?

    • Since it's a Canada specific promo, I believe TAB would qualify because almost nobody is selling phones without TAB

    • Interesting, I'm in the market for a phone and wasn't considering LG (currently have OnePlus 6, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, and HTC U12+ in mind). If this isn't too expensive seems like it'd be a great pickup.

Don't really have a use for the TV though. I'd probably just sell it.

    • If they are having to bundle a TV with the phone right off the bat it tells me that the G7 might actually be half baked.

I did a quick search on reviews. Engadget and Android Authority seem fairly positive (8.6 and 8.7).

I have had a bad issue with ghost touches before on my G4 and know others who had bootloop issues on G5, so I'm not that keen on returning to them.

Like most LG , fully expect to be $0/ $360 medium tab on Koodo by summer

After too many issues with G4 boot loop and now an LG G6 with a “moisture detected in USB / charging lockout “ issues , am off LG for good .

    • Woohoo. Another phone with a notch.

Props to the S9 for going against the curve. Will be interesting to see if Google Pixel 3 rebels the notch or gives in to peer pressure.

    • my G5 primary camera doesn't focus. some are thinking it has to do with the nougat software. waiting for oreo to see if it resolves the issue. if it doesn't, i'm going to switch to samsung or another manufacturer

    • The tv looks nice to have in a bedroom or as a computer monitor replacement but I think I will skip it as I'm currently on LG G5 and had a phone screen replaced after a year due to burn-in effect and now the battery drain is just unbelievable since nougat update. (Basically think of random cliffs in battery drain graph-this is with all apps off, lte off sync off etc. Something is just super buggy with lg software.
G7 doesn't seem to have a great battery improvement either. Only 3000mah and battery test video on youtube wasn't very applaudible.

    • Bought a G3 awhile back and both me and my dad had blue screens of death and bootloops. Never buying them again. They should have been sued for that crap.

good catch. not really worth it IMO unless someone is buying this phone regardless. any Android phones that's not Samsung will take a good hit in resale value and 46'' tv is pretty small.
