      Same here. My account has 2 lines and I was able to switch my number over to the $60, 30GB for $30 offer without a hitch but for some reason it was more difficult with getting my second line on the same offer because it had an existing MyTab with 3 months left. I managed to get a hold of a third Freedom agent via chat who was competent enough to try and move my second line to the care plan and thankfully there was no penalty. MyTab was migrated over and to my surprise the screen where it shows your allowable data usage is showing 40GB instead of 30GB.

      My wife can't stop making fun of me because I only got 30GB and she got 40GB. Oh well, she uses much more data than me anyway because even if I was still on the 10GB plan then you will never see me going well beyond 2GB 😂

      OK.. Looks like you are a Prepaid Customer and not a Postpaid, the Payment Details does not appear on our postpaid accounts. And the plan they gave you is Care 50 which was supposed to have 20GB , but yours showing 30GB confuses me more, Only Care 60 plans had 30GB for $30.

      Overall I think you need to topup for $20 everymonth, and the remain $30 gets added as bonus making it $50 for 30GB and you will be paying $20/month. (Did they offer you some extra $10Off $30 for 12months or 24months) that sums up to that $30 bonus as per screenshot if it makes sense?

      It's pretty confusing because I was told I'd get a 30GB - $60 plan with $30 discount..... but I ended up with this 30GB/$50 and this bonus balance ($30) thing.

This is a abuse of system.It cost other complain longer time.Freedom mobile has right to honor any plan and does not have to offer specific plan to anyone .Believe me after you complain,they might flag your line . You might not get any good offer later. You should file law sue to oil companies making double price now .

    • I somehow ended up with 30GB for $20.

      Went through a ton of confusion with agents that spanned conversations over 3 days. Basically everytime they made an offer I accepted, they would get stuck not being able to activate it and then ask me to wait 24 hours and try again. This happened two days in a row.

      Today I complained about the issues (providing screenshots) and was told that both plans I was offered aren't even real/possible. I was then offered the $30 for 30gb which I accepted. When I check my account though... It says it's a $50 30gb plan with a $30 monthly credit.

      I spoke with a agent one more time to confirm that I was really getting 30 for $20 every month and they said yes. I will wait it out and see what happens at the end of the month but it seems legit.

    • 11-12 year customer and a second line with almost 2 years in. Wasn't hoping for much so went after the $60 + $30 discount 30 gig plan. Ended up getting it for both lines when they asked me why.

      Really happy. Saving $50 a month and getting more. Especially since on the both lines I was using more.

    • Got the 10GB for $25 as a 35 Care plan minus $10 discount through Facebook chat.
      I just changed to 35 Care plan this morning after back and forth challenge with the agent through FB chat. He even asked me to pay $15 first for mobile plan change. Anyway, I didn't pay anything at the end.
      Here's the story. At first, the agent said there's no discount. But I told him lots of people get this plan with $10 discount every month, and I requested to transfer to loyal dep or else I'm leaving Freedom.
      After a while, he responded that $10 discount is active on my account, and now the total will be $25. Ok, fine.
      However, he also said that the discount is only 12 months. I though it should be permanent? I feel something not quite right here.

    • TMS signed me up on there Device protection plan for $10, I am unable to figure how do I cancel it now, carrier customer service is saying they don't see device protection plan on my account yet and likewize website does not show any contact number for there customer service to call and cancel, please can someone help, i am with Freedom Mobile

I would also try their whatsapp chat and luck depends on the specialist you get who could provide better offers.

      Is the Everywhere 50 plan still worth keeping?

      I've had it for about 4 yrs now (been with Freedom for 11yrs), but my data is limited to 8gb and I'm paying $56.50 after tax. I just signed up with Fido for the 50gb plan for $40 for 2 years (then $65), and have some time before porting over or cancelling it. I don't know if it's worth holding onto Freedom with the 1gb roaming in USA (or unlimited considering it just slows down after the 1gb) however all the extras in the plan are many great perks.

      I've missed a lot of the free additional data many people got in the past, saw some that got up to 31gb (total) with the Everywhere 50 plans at no additional cost (most got around 10-13gb additional).

      Any suggestions on how to go about it? Would Freedom still hand out the 10gb to me to keep me on?

    • Was told I'd get the $30 off and $15 FnF discount but when I went in person to TMS yesterday and they looked at my account details they had a summary page of everything listed on my account. It showed my old plan and 35% off FnF discount as expired and the new $60 plan. There was none of the new discounts listed so I can only assume I'll have fun calling Freedom after my new bill comes in...
      I think it's the 2nd bill that starts getting the 30off discount

    • Thanks OP! I Whatsapp yesterday to see if I can get my two lines a better deal. At first, the CSR simply directed me to the Freedom website and mentioned the BF promo. After some back and forth, I mentioned that I have been with Freedom since 2010 and that competitors are offering pretty sweet deal that are very enticing. CSR then sent me the form to confirm my identity and subsequently offered me the 30 GB for$60 deal with $30 off per month. I confirmed the $30 discount is valid as long as I am on the plan. My secondary line had a tab balance of 15 months for the iPhone 13 and that was switched over as well with no mention of the tab balance being an issue. Pretty smooth overall and no complaints. However ...

      I wanted to get my wife's account switched over too. This time was a much more painful experience. I know it was late around 10pm PST but the CSR was simply unresponsive. Every one of my request was met with the same response, either no promo or directing me to the BF promo. Finally I had enough and ask why the CSR is not even making an effort and that my wife has been with Freedom since 2011 and perhaps she needs to leave if this is the level of customer service. I further mentioned to the CSR why he is not using the secure form to review her account. For whatever reason (perhaps his shift was ending), he suddenly said he will give the 30GB for $60 deal with $30 off after confirming the account. Strangest interaction by far I ever had when CSR just pivoted suddenly. I am not complaining mind you! LOL! Rougher experience than the first instance but at least I was successful in the end although it took around an hour from beginning of the Whatsapp conversation to the end.

      My advice for whomever is trying to get this deal is to not give up! Good luck!

      Now on the TMS site, it says 250000 pc points now for iPhone 13. It isn’t half of 250k (125k) then for current freedom users now? Unless they sticking with 75k for non new accts. The rep at tms did say that if the pc offer increased, I could go back and get the points difference.

      you have a point there, it should be half of 250K which is 125..

      even i got signed up for iph 13 a day before with 75K..and when they increased it for new activations , they should have increased it for HUP as well maybe stores were not aware? who should we raise this with?..Also another TMS today on call said they can give me extra 25K pts towards accessories if i do HUP with them, but the place i did even i had good relation with the manager they didn't give me a single penny extra

      this is pure bullshit for HUP customers, they were not looked after better

      When I got my pixel 7 yesterday, the rep said it's 50k for p7 and 75k for iPhone 13 (which the site was already showing up as 250k for new customers) so I don't think it's half of what's being offered for new customers. It's just 75k max for the iphone13 no matter what.
