get this deal

Save on your next visit to Costco.ca, because you can take $20.00 off purchases of $100.00 or more if you pay using Masterpass!

This Masterpass offer is only available to active Costco members in good standing -- simply choose Masterpass as your payment method during your checkout and the discount will be applied automatically.

Masterpass is Mastercard's digital wallet platform and a MasterCard is not required to use the service -- American Express and Visa cards are also accepted!

There are some restrictions, as the minimum $100.00 threshold must be in a single transaction and the discount cannot be used on Costco Cash Cards, App Store & iTunes Cards, gift cards, certificates, tickets, travel, tires, membership or membership renewals. In addition, the discount is not applicable in Costco warehouses or Costco Business Centre (online or in-store).

This offer is available online only until December 9. Shipping fees are included in all Costco.ca pricing and there's a limit of one Masterpass discount per member.

    • Thanks OP, just used for an item that was $30 off with final price of $109.99, just enough for the Masterpass promotion!

PS: It actually doesn't seem to be working, I'm not getting my $20 rebate at checkout even though I'm using Masterpass. I don't my item is excluded, it's just a Steam Mop?? I guess I'll contact Costco...

So, it does not work with eShop Cards, right? I'm trying, but can't get trough this message: "Masterpass is experiencing system issues. Try again later or choose a different payment method."

    • It doesn't seem to stack with the Aeroplan promo, but the discount applied to the pre-tax total so that was great!

It doesn't work for me, should I re-order *without* the Aeroplan promo?

EDIT: Damn, this is REALLY not clear but I had to cancel and re-order WITHOUT the damn Aeroplan promo for the $20 to actually work. I know the fine prints mentions "promo" but I never thought Aeroplan points would count as one, and the OP's post is misleading in that regard. So after cancelling two orders and re-ordering, I finally got it to work!

I removed the Aeroplan promo and re-added the Masterpass payment to get the $20 off.

    • Ordered Xbox cards. If anyone is trying, the best combo for the discount is 2x $50 cards and 1x $15. Gets you to $103.97 before the $20 discount which is better than if you used the $100 card.

Confirmed working. I got the codes by email. $115 worth of Xbox credit for $83.97

Thanks a lot. I really got confused because it's my first time using Masterpass (and the promo) and I remember reading an old giant thread about the last promo that was not working quite right and lot of people ordered without the rebate but received it afterwards. From now on I'll know that if the rebate doesn't show on the checkout page, it means there's something wrong. I'm also positively surprised that after using Masterpass on two orders I cancelled afterwards, the promo would still be available to me. I was expecting the system to wrongly "think" that I used the promo already.
