    • Given how Bose treated all the users who ordered refurbished headphones and canceled their order, never buying anything from them. Never expected such treatment from Bose. I did receive my order but there are so many others who had to go through frustration and wasted so much time. Customer service lied about different things with unique stories.

      Agreed! I'll never buy from them again due to this incident. I'm probably just going to stick with beats and get more sucked into the apple ecosystem.

    • I agree with the above statements...Bose Canada cancelled my order and offered no recourse. I missed buying other headphones that were on sale while they sat on my order for over a week before cancelling via email. Sorry for the inconvenience Bose but I'll be taking future business elsewhere...and advising friends and family to do the same.
