    • Feedback on whether this is worth it? I've heard the game is really short.

At first I didn’t want to buy it but ended up buying it cause Kanto is my fave gen and I love how pokemon encounters aren’t random. After beating the game you can still battle with friends if you’re someone who already has Nintendo online. Sword & Shield are going to be better but they’re still months away.

    • I've played since Blue (and have to catch up on DS and 3DS games still), halfway through this, but I would say it's worth it, especially if you have Pokemon Go

    • I loved this game, the overworked Pokemon, and overall mechanics are PEAK Pokemon goals.
I'm actually upset the next "real" gen won't implement these mechanics.

    • As an adult with an extensive history of love for this series.. I have to say that Pokemon Go Pikachu, although different, was a lot of fun!

It was exactly what I thought it would be as a game that was released 20+ years later as a remake. The additions are amazing and the dynamics were different but very balanced!

      For $50.00 I definitely recommend!

    • I enjoyed the game, but I believe the nostalgic factor is the most important thing on it.

    • Playing this game was a wonderfully nostalgic experience. Unfortunately, that nostalgia was not enough for me to play it for more than 15-20 hours before selling it. The game is a bit of a grind (I know, this is expected) and I felt like I was just jamming on the A button.

Could not play more than 4 hours, before selling it EBgames for $49 during their 50% extra credit event last week. The catching mechanic was dumbed down considerably.
