View allBasically when you use circle to pause a device it takes down the connection permanently.
To fix this, I had to install the App again, then move both devices to the "unmanaged" device folder. That move released the lock that was placed on the WiFi Access for these devices.
If you have a newer Telus Router avoid this device
I have internet 300+Mbps and my sons Ipad now had a DL speed on less than 10Mbps.
I know this device can only do 10/100 but this a joke. The "pause" button doesn't really even work reliably or quickly and once you "unpause" there's still no access.
In fact, I've uninstalled everything and disconnected this junk and I still being blocked on both of my Ipad devices???
Does anyone know how I can rid myself of this mess and get wifi back on my Ipads?

CYI, Disney cancelled their affiliation with Circle.
Version 1, however, includes the majority of features out of the box without a subscription required.
Ya, its hit and miss sometimes with connecting. more so when i try connecting to it outside my network.
I don't know what difference is between Ver 1 & Ver 2. I noticed today I received an app update for Ver1 of Circle.
My only complaint - it seems to loose connectivty to my network sometimes. It's plugged directly into my Netgear Nighthawk, and configured for Wifi. Dunno...
Disney did introduce a newer version recently,so at this price, you would have to wonder how much longer Disney will support this version.
I would suggest picking up version 2 if your serious about this type of item, and Amazon is the only retailer that seems to sell that one right now.
One cool thing i like is when your kids friends (or anyone else) comes over and accesses your network, and when they leave you remove their device from circle. Well sure enough, your phone will get a notification that the device is back on Circle. and boom, 10 seconds later, your door bell rings and you already know who is at the door. This also works well with spouses and if you want to know when they get home from work. LOL!!!!
You also need to check your routers compatibility. My old router wouldn't let it run unless I disabled the 5Ghz band. My existing router is a blended SSID, and it seems to work fine.
