    • I always have the worst luck with logitech products. Is the double click issue fixed on those ?

    • WOW! HOT! This is my primary mouse for work. Mine is brand new (unboxed during COVID-19 in March).
      Damn, so many Logitech deals!

    • This is the original MX Master. There has since been the 2, 2S, and 3. Great mice though. I'm still using a 2S now after using the original until I see a deal on the 3. The best mouse IMO.

damn, I've never had any issues with Logitech. I've never had any double click issues with their MX masters or anywhere series. I have about 6 of them (don't ask, but my work is liberal about tech work supplies). Good luck!

Though its important to note these are the first gen? and its on mx master 3 now.

    • Still using original MX master for about 2 years now.

Great Mice. Rock Solid performance all around. Would definitely pick one up if needed one.

    • Anyone got experience with M720 ($40 at Costco) vs MX Master?

    • FYI this mouse does not support Logitech Flow. So if you have a MX Key keyboard thinking it will switch devices with it, it won't. I found that out the hard way.

    • I had two of these original MX Masters. They both suffered the double click. I was able to disassemble the micro switches inside and repair for about another year of use. They eventually failed again because the spring inside the micro switch weakens and needs to get bent back. Haven't had the problem yet on my 2S that I've been using for a couple of years.

The main differences from what I can remember is that the Master is a little larger, has the thumb rest, and the Master has the charge port on the front. The M720 has no option to connect a cable, runs on battery.

For $20 more I'd grab the MX Master. All-around better mouse.

MX Master at $120 vs Triathalon at $40, then you'd probably lean towards the 720 unless you need the features of the MX. 720 is a solid mouse, as well.

Nope. I have to basically put in a warranty claim every 6 months or so because of this issue.

The reviews indicate that it's not good for gaming.

    • i love this mouse, it's my daily driver for home and work for the past 2 years or more., i love that you can hook up multiple devices, just wish it was more convenient to switch devices, but i definitely am tempted to pick up a spare

Thank you. M720 does have a more convenient device switch button and supports Logitech Flow as far as I know.

But I love the design of the MX, plus it works on glass. The thumb buttons look a bit cramped.

    • The battery life is nowhere close to what Logitech claims. Need to charge once per week.
