    • Thanks for heads up. Spouse loved the one from last year. Had to go to 3 Starbucks to find available

Last year the cup was reusable and everytime you use it, you save 10 cents, stackable with other promo. I guess Tim Horton always did this too

So canadian would be $2. So go buy a $5 drink that you might not usually get to get a $2 cup. Hmmmm if that is so, not worth the hassle for me at least.

    • Is this the cup that was impossible to find last year? And it was just thicker cardboard? Or was that something else.

My neighbourhood store ran out by 7:30am last year - If you’re a regular at a specific location and the staff know you (read: like you) they’ll just give you one regardless of your order. It’s made out of durable plastic.

    • Didn't this cup also get you a extra discount (on top of the 10c) for a few months last year?

      Yes it did.

      From last year:
Customers who bring their reusable holiday cup to a participating Starbucks company-owned or licensed store in the U.S. or Canada after 2 p.m. Nov. 3 to Jan. 7 will get $0.50 off their handcrafted grande (16-ounce) holiday beverage.
      This years bonus:
Through Jan. 6, bring your cup back after 2 p.m. to get 50¢ off any grande handcrafted holiday beverage.

Nope... regular cups contain some recycled material but are not re-usable... although some cheapos might rinse them and keep them for future use

Might be able to reuse a paper cup a few times but it'll start to fall apart after that.
