    • Looks like you get 3 4K discs and 3 Bluray disc and 1 bonus Bluray dics.

So basically 2 sets of trilogy and the board. I think this is pretty good deal for 6 movies.

    • actually noticed yesterday that my itunes purchase was upgraded to 4k, had purchased it for $15 (with 15% off iTunes gift cards). interestingly, only part 1 and 2 show 4k whereas part 3 is still just hd.

Makes sense. BTTF 3 is like the Godfather 3; I watch the first two films, and then think, "Part 3 can't really be as bad as I remember it."

      It always is. :D

    • Part 3 is actually pretty good. I thought part 2 was the weakest of the trilogy.

    • BTTF Part 2 is my fave part of the Trilogy...because it has scenes from the "future" (and the hoverboard scenes) and scenes from the alternate Biff past...and also scenes from the original.

I love the original of course.

Part 3 is basically a Western movie...and is the weakest of the BTTF Trilogy for sure. However, it's still very entertaining...and I love the Ending with Doc Brown and Marty on the railway back in 1985.

    • This set should have been released on October 15th....not October 20th...it's 5 days too late for an iconic date. 😉

      Yeah...I get the nostalgia...totally.

But BTTF on the NES was so bad.

In fact most BTTF games were bad until "BTTF: The Game" was released by Telltale Games (R.I.P.) back on the PS3 (and the remaster on PS4..and other systems). It was fantastic...and was basically BTTF parts 4, 5 and 6 storywise. The closest we'll ever get to a cinematic sequel Trilogy.

It' a Universal release so it will be Google and no porting to Movies Anywhere.

Since it's a Google redemption, it will give probably give the HD too. You need to 4k version from the USA to get a 4k code that redeems into Movies Anywhere or Vudu.

Great Scott! No warning that this would be dropping early on iTunes. Did you download and test yet?
