      Thought i saw in your earlier replies in this thread that you were not having any luck with the links customer service was sending..
      I must be blocked from work and home.

      Another family member got theirs working but had to do the VPN route, because their first try was also blocked at home.
      (P&G sent them a replacement link)

      I didn't realize both my work and home IPs were blocked, so I'm hoping the third time will work for me, and I'll try via VPN as well.

      I'm still waiting for an update from P&G.

      I finally received a working replacement link a few hours ago, and claimed it via VPN just to be on the safe side!

      Now it's sitting nicely in my UE account! :)

      Anyone have experience with not adding the ubereats voucher to your UE account right away?

      I already have a gift card balance on my uber eats account from being gifted a gift card previously. Prefer not to add more right now and i would rather use up my existing balance first which could take a few weeks/months (in case account gets compromised etc.)

      Question is, is there a risk to not adding this $15 voucher to my account right away and waiting to add to my account?

      Is there a possibility the code could be null and void if not added to an ubereats account within a certain time frame?
      No worries!

      You should be fine to wait. When ready, click on the link and copy the code; once the code is entered and accepted, the $15 will be added to your UE Wallet ... as it's not a voucher code.

      Once you get that error, the link or GC becomes dead!

      As suggested by other member the link is dead once you get the error message. Stupid customer service is sending some links which is dead too. I have no hope that we will be getting links that's gonna work.

      For example within 2 weeks of submitting the receipt? I tried looking at their terms/ conditions on their website and could not find anything about this.

      Reason I'm asking is because i hope just waiting a few more days does not cause my submission from being disqualified due to being "too late" to submit the customer service ticket

      Since your receipt was already approved and you purchased at one of the retailers on their list (Walmart), no issues if you wait to see if you receive a Message before contacting P&G.

      When I initially posted '8 biz days from submission to message received', I couldn't tell if I received mine because of filling out the Contact Form. However, since I didn't receive an email response (only an auto email saying 2 biz days for a response), it seems like a coincidence that I received a Message about the UE eGC code shortly after!

      It seems that you have been waiting at least 8 business days from the day you submitted, so, maybe a quick message will have them intervene/manually look into yours.

      I see I got points but no messages in my account with any reference to a ubereats code. I did indicate my purchase was for old spice and for over $10 and at a local walmart store
