    • Sent the the proof of purchase again, and got their email back saying the pakcing slip didn't show date. Sent them the email order confirmation with date, and got the order confirmation shortly afterwards.
      Received the gentle air tody, about 40 days after order confirmation.

      Mine is under warranty, it was a gift so i didn't have a receipt. I just told them a random date before i registered the warranty and that it was bought from the shoppers drug mart (or any big department store). They didn't ask further. GL!

    • Just got off the phone with Dyson and managed to get two gentle air attachments for my 2 hair dryers (one was purchased from SDM Dec 2019 and the other was a warranty replacement from Dyson in Dec 2019).

      Received email saying my purchase wasn’t within the past 30 days so I didn’t qualify. Emailed them back a few days with no response so a quick phone call solved the issue.
      Got confirmation emails for both attachments instantly but was told shipping would be 8 weeks.
      Great. Will call if necessary.
      Got it resolved with 2 rounds of short emails. The whole process was a little bit of a hassle, but at least didn't enter the more time consuming phone call stage.
