      They pay within 60 days after the 3rd recurring payment, would that explain it? That's when I got mine.

      Didn't have any issues receiving my $300 - just make sure you follow the points above and you should be good - if anything, just contact them and let them know if you've got everything sorted. It's a pretty easy $300 :)

      Smh :/ Tbh... I'm pretty sure they have a system in place to automatically dish out the $300 when you've fulfilled the requirements... They're not going to not give the $300 if you follow the steps.

      I'll look at the requirements and go from there, i am unclear as to the nature of the bill payment requirements and will need to solve that.

      It happens, TD screwed up and i didn't get my $100 for the $1000 investment promo last year. It took some calls and doing but they made me whole eventually.
      So the OP should chase them for the money and they should get it.

      My Dad and I got both got the promo right on time. I actually got mine in less than 3 months (opened account and switched pay mid-May 2020 and got the payment when my first August pay was deposited on the 7th)
