2, any MasterCard, need to register your Master Card first https://fuelupforless.com/enroll - My rogers card works,
3, 10% discount as a statement credit. The credit will appear no later than your next statement (and typically between 3-5 business days) after the transaction from Shell is posted to your account.

10% off is hot! I am wondering if MasterCard can detect the transaction if it is a real fuel purchase or merchandise purchase (eg, lotto, gift card)

      💡Add:
According to one of the forum member, Shell had a similar promotion before and he brought the GC and received the 10% statement credit

It mentions that it can be a non-fuel purchase too it just needs to at least $50.

Also includes non-fuel purchases so great way to save on bus passes etc if your Shell sells them.
This is an incredible deal especially when paired with the 10c/l coupons.

I've been using the Pers Gold for gas lately, but I'll register my MasterCards and start using them for this promo.

Same with me but maybe its worth it if you buy things you need like bus tickets or food plus the gas.

It's not restricted to gas, any purchase over $50 qualifies.

    • My fuel ups are at least $60...nice deal but too bad for me that there are no Shell bars along my regular driving routes.

    • Seems like this might apply to lottery purchases as well.

but can you pay for lottery with CC? Honest question, I don't normally play and when I do make a rare purchase, it's with cash.

The 10% plus whatever CB or pts rate you get from you card still doesn't make it worth it?

I hardly ever purchase lottery or similar but I know that purchases made with PCWE at Sobeys are considered like a regular purchase.

Yes, though some stores may discourage it.

Not just fuel, apparently non-fuel purchases work too, e.g : GC, lottery, snacks

Thinking about the same. They seems try to force you buy something as well to get $50, most of their products are over priced. Please someone need to test if the gift card works. If works, it's time to load the shell gas card!

Yes please let us know if it works on gift cards. Technically they wouldn’t know because the statement only shows the total and not the item purchased
