      Not an instant brew, it takes a minute or so for the unit to heat up from being off with tap-water temperature water.
      All in all, I went with it due to small size and simplicity. It's working great, and the lady is happy ;-)

    • I got a bunch of plastic ones and metal ones a while back, and found them a pain to clean the grounds out of after use. Maybe new designers are less prone to bits being stuck everywhere in them.

      The temperature was also too low and never hot enough.

    • As mentioned in the first page, you can buy a reusable pod where you can just put your own grinds in it.

      I picked one up last week during the Canadian Tire sale and am very impressed by how cheap and easy a reusable pod is. $20 for the pod but grinds are significantly cheaper than the single use ones.
      I got a bunch of plastic ones and metal ones a while back, and found them a pain to clean the grounds out of after use. Maybe new designers are less prone to bits being stuck everywhere in them.

    • Just arrived at my door. UPS guy didn't even bother ringing or knocking on the door. It could of been stolen in front of my door. Anyways, looks good.
      Get used to it. It's the new "annoying" thing with most carriers. UPS does it, Fedex does it, DHL does it, Amazon and Intelcom do it. The only carrier that at least rings my doorbell is Canada Post. Last week I had a large package, and the UPS guy just tossed it to my doorstep from 10ft away and left. I caught him on my security camera, snice I was working in my office in the basement. Not asking them to stick around, but what does it cost you to just drop the package, ring the doorbell and then leave ?

      Try a different browser. It was also not letting me put in MC info and after I swapped to a different one it worked for me.

      over holidays, i was at friends house and he had the new ones that has multistream tech and it made okay coffee that i wouldn't mind drinking. I had an original keurig elite that i stopped using years ago due to poor quality but if this one had multistream i would get (too bad it doesnt from what i can see onlien)

      anyone who's gotten it can confirm it's just single stream brewing?

      I've been using that B+D for 3 months now, no issues with it.
      I have this and used to use it regularly but found it never got as hot as I wanted it to. I've switched to a pour over method with a super cheap plastic one and haven't gone back.

    • I have one from a similar sale last year but you got a bunch of free pods. The coffee doesn't taste as good as my AeroPress, but it's great for guests and quick drinks.
      I think Costco pods are around 30 cents per cup if you are worried about running costs.

      The waybill sticker on the shipping box shows Reliable logistics but I got 3 emails from Intelcom with thesame waybill number(recevied in warehouse, shipped from warehouse and delivered). The delivery guy did not ring the door belll
