View allWhy should I risk not getting the cash back and be out over a hundred bucks. Dyson can easily get the cash back from Rakuten since they pay out quarterly. Funny how a guy like you is taking sides with a multi million dollar corporation so they don't lose out on a hundred bucks.
My return window is expiring soon, so if I don't get the cashback in the next few days, I'm going to have to return it. I really want to keep it, but I'll feel ripped off if the cash back never comes.
It sounds like no one's received their cashback for ordered placed Dec 26... I'm like others here, live chat is not willing to credit me the cash back until Dyson pays up.
I sent a follow up email a week after my "where's my cash back" form and was told to wait until Dyson responds to them. Hopefully this doesn't become an issue.

I can't submit another "where's my cash back" so I might have to wait that 10 business day they told me or submit another email :/ I do hope I get the cash back cuz it many others have received theirs.
I think the consensus from all the various Dyson threads is that it's the same and is the newest one as long as it has the "anti-hair tangle comb" label on the head itself (which mine does have). They were prob just using up all the boxes with the old labels.
I'll send another ticket again or I'll try the chat feature.

Sent them a support ticket and they said it takes them 10 days (45 max...) for the store to let them know about the order.
First time this happened to me. Were you able to resolve your issue?

This one one on dyson's site is different than the one I got (colour) and it says its for the v15 absolute but I don't think there is really a difference between absolute and total clean (other than included accessories and filter)
Just curious if it happened to other too? and what should I do in such a scenario? Should i return to one of the physical stores here in Calgary and get a new one from them as they dropped the price today from $849 to $799 as well.
Dyson also processed the $50 refund since the Boxing Day deal today is better.

Random observation but the v8 and this new v15 both had like random dirt/dust on it.
