If you're a fan of Uniqlo's famous HeatTech clothing, you won't want to miss out on this weekend's free giveaway!

This Friday and Saturday, January 27 and 28, head down to Yonge Dundas Square, across from Toronto's Eaton Centre, and you can pick up one of 30,000 free HeatTech Extra Warm items! In addition to the 30,000 free pieces being given away to Uniqlo fans, the retailer will be donating 5,000 pieces to various organizations in Toronto, including the Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto, YWCA Toronto and Toronto Youth Development.

If you can't make it to the downtown giveaway, Uniqlo will also be popping up around the city with mobile teams to hand out gear -- although the locations are currently unknown.

This giveaway is valid January 27 and 28 between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM, or while supplies last. Supplies are sure to run out quickly, so be sure to show up early if you don't want to miss out on this freebie!

      I hope too, it is not only homeless people, there are a lot of families with low income as well. Warm clothing are a necessity than a luxury so asking people who can afford to stay away is a fair ask IMO.

    • When I was looking for their thermal wear I saw HeatTech undershirts and underleggings. Undershirts are both short and long sleeve. I didn't see any socks.
