These just released last Saturday, more than happy I nabbed em with the F&F
Also a knee, elbow and wrist pad set for 19.99 with 25% off. Cheapest I've found for a kids set anywhere and I've looked around a bit.
Hard to find good kids helmets and pads on sale that fit right.
Not sure what your budget is like, but this came out to $635 after tax and it's a solid bike.
I'm currently looking for a road/hybrid bike because I plan to start biking to work now that the weather is nice. It's about 14 km one-way (so ~28km total on a work day) and, when you consider the weight of the bike and the unevitable wind blowing against you at some point during the trip, a heavy mountain bike is rather inconvenient. Also, since there's a good number of potholes in the road to work, I'm assuming road bikes would be fairly uncomfortable, which nudges me towards hybrid bikes. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong as I only have experience with mountain bikes.
Idk how serious you're into mountain biking, if you are, you are better off getting a 29er with a good hydraulic lockout fork and get yourself a nice wheelset for trails, leave the stock wheelset for slick tires
because in the end, you would end up with a nice bike that can do well in both area rather than a hybrid that does nothing good

Thanks alot.
An Under Armour running shirt in particular that I bought was the only one left in that size and it happened to have tread marks on it (looked like someone stomped on it real hard), anyways I brought this to the manager and she said it was probably just dust but offered to give it to me 10% additional off the item but would be considered final sale. So they applied a total of 35% off the item (not 10% and then 25% off the discounted price, which would be the correct way of doing it - they just did an override and did 35% off the original price - which is a better deal) When I got home, I just washed it off and its good as new. Anyways, I didn't do it on purpose but I mean there isn't anything to stop anyone from going to a store and finding the last available stock and stomping it on purpose to get some additional savings... For all those die hard bargain hunters.
Food for thought
The Avalanche 4.0 has a 100mm travel on the forks, which are much more usable.
All three bikes are roughly equal component wise.
If I had to choose from one of those...I'd take the Timberline 2.0, u save $50 and main reason is "mechanical/cable disc brakes" on the other two are a nightmare to maintain.
Avoid cable disc brakes, they're more for show then actual stopping performance.
Regular V-Brakes (rim brakes) have better performance then cable disc.
Go disc brake only if they're hydraulic.
Go back and slap them in the face. Where does it say you can't use on bikes? Works online.
because you can use it online on bikes just fine. I would have asked to speak with a Manager regarding this, and show them how it works online with Bikes.
they have a yellow and red ones for $124.99 plus 25% off if anyone is interested
This is good for stuff that don't go on sale like superfeet.
