      Lululemon material and stitch seems pretty good, shape is definitely for middle aged men so different demographic

      According to these charts I would be a S for shirts, but XS for shorts/pants? I generally wear jeans/pants as 28x32, or Small for shorts. I don't remember the last time I wore XS for anything. 😄
      Same... was thinking XS but difference is I'm 5'6". Don't want it to be too tight at calves.

      I'm similar size, 5'10, 30x32jean size, 32inchsaround the belly button in winter, 30.5 in the summer, 185lbs in winter but even when I'm 170 in the summer i still wear S in their t's/tanks/stringers, S in their shorts, and M in their joggers. FYI I like things fairly fitted as like you, I too have a broad shouldered, narrow waisted physique ;) The M joggers especially the ones that say "slim fit" are still pretty fitted, the slim fit T's are very flattering if you have even a somewhat tapered torso and non-toothpick arms.

      Also, Gymsharks' 5inch shorts (or any brands' 5in shorts in general) are the cheat code to giving the wearer the illusion of a nice quad sweep 😄

      They got such a bad publicity attention while back, anytime I see someone with the massive GYMSHARK, I just roll my eyes and can't help it. And I do it inside my head, but I've seen a few times really negative comments or looks from others towards those who wear. so if YOU care about that, maybe get something without that big ugly logo across the whole chest or back.
      Imagine caring what others wear at the gym. Or even noticing how others react to people wearing brand x or y clothing.
