adidas & Reebok Donate More Than $3 Million to COVID-19 Relief Fund

April 23, 2020adidas is the latest company taking action against COVID-19 by donating €3 million ($4.56 million CAD) to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
The company also donated another €1.25 million ($1.9 million CAD) to the China Youth Development Foundation to ensure that relief is distributed where it’s needed most. The announcement follows up on a series of moves the footwear brand has taken to support its communities and employees.
Most recently, adidas teamed up with Carbon to produce 18,000 3D-printed face shields for first responders and healthcare professional in the U.S. What’s more, they’ve given back with the help of their employees, who have been donating to important nonprofit causes.
Now, adidas is planning to donate $3 from every purchase over $30 on adidas.ca or reebok.ca to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
